Where do i begin…read more... I began my journey at PUSH a little over 3 years ago. I think for anyone who has been out of the fitness game for a while, coming back in can definitely be intimidating, scary, and sometimes discouraging. Im so happy THIS is where i began... it was nothing like i'd feared. The trainers are all so Knowledgeable, motivating, and welcoming! You really begin to feel like you are a part of something bigger, a fitness family that is constantly PUSHing eachother to do better, work harder, and grind a little more every day. I do personal training with Mike Contreras, who is amazing at what he does with every client, just like all the Push trainers are! Not only do they offer personal training, but athletic, crossfit, and physical therapy. To top it off and one stop shop that offers a shake/meal prep bar and chiropractor. 3 years later, -80lbs (still a bit to go), I've seen my body, STRENGTH, and own self confidence grow. Im not so hell bent on numbers on a scale, but what my body is capable of; endurance, strength. It wouldn't have been possible without the daily inspiration i get from my PUSH family. Thank you guys for all your patience and motivation!

They also allowed my daughter to wait around while I did the class. Many places don't allow this. Two pluses for me. The facility is small, but that makes it all better. I am not into over crowded sports places/gyms. Everyone there was very welcoming. I loved that. Very helpful, friendly; just an amazing group. Definitively going back!

They do not have anything bolted into the ground which is incredibly unsafe. Also the towel policy is ridiculous. They claim to use 100% alcohol which is why they make everyone use a towel on benches. Regardless of if you are using the bench. You can be doing lateral raises a foot from the bench and the owner will approach you to ask where your towel is. Also 100% alcohol would evaporate too quickly to be effective if they really are using it. Maybe it's just not my kind of gym. I'm more CrossFit and it's more bodybuilder but still. Good people and atmosphere though.
