Fantastic community organization that offers a food pantry for those in need, as well as, a public thrift store that is separated into consignment area with gently used clothing, jewelry, and accessories like purses, hair items, shoes, and so much more! As well as, a separate home and antique section with furniture, decor, books, puzzles, and so much more - including Christmas decorations. Teachers and military can get a 20% discount! Staff was very friendly and second Saturday of every month is their Super Sale where everything is 50% off. It can get crowded and hard to find a parking spot, but well worth a visit or stop to drop off donations for a good cause! read more

My st Vincent de Paul group partners with them a lot , and they do a lot of great things for the public . Do not go. They slash tags to be more expensive, one would think less. They charge 2 pieces that are set up together, $15 each, even the manager was shocked when she had to come refund me for it. It was a show. They refunded me then told me I didn't pay. Made me come back in until they could confirm. It was so uncomfortable. I was showing them I paid, the refund went through everything was good, but the manager and the cashier were so intense and not Christ like. That's a no for me if I'm going to a Christian thrift store. Save your money for somewhere else. read more

The clothing side is insanely expensive especially for non brand clothes- don't come here if you need clothes for a budget but there are some great finds on the houseware / furniture side. Well organized store and welcoming staff. Hopefully they turn down the concept on clothes prices from let's charge Nordstrom rack prices to let's be a thrift shop. read more

Graceworks Thrift Store is a wonderful place to get your Thrift on! They sell quality clothing, home goods, toys, books, and everything a good thrift store would have. The store is very clean, and organized. It is conveniently located near the heart of downtown Franklin. The employees are very friendly and love what they do! They run completely off donations by generous givers like you and me. They also have a truck that can come pick up your stuff if you have a significant size donation you would like them to pick up. Graceworks Ministries is a solid ministries you can trust. I fully support what they do. Graceworks Mission Statement is: To share the Grace of God by providing comprehensive services to residents in need in Williamson County, Tennessee. The worst thing about this thrift store is that it's too far away from where I live! Thankfully I have a sister who lives nearby so whenever I visit we try and stop by. Graceworks has two sides- one for furniture and bigger household items, the other side for clothing and accessories. The furniture side is huge and they have always had a wide selection of things and good deals. The clothing side is much smaller but they have it organized well and still have quite a bit to choose from! The people working have been helpful and kind despite the store being crowded so often. The best thing is I believe once a month on a Saturday they have 50% off everything! This makes a great deal even better, so if you're in need of anything secondhand or just want some guilt free shopping, this is the place to go. I can't remember exactly which Saturday it is a month, but once I do I'll update it. Worth a stop by! read more

I was in the Franklin area today and stopped to check out this store. I was pleasantly surprised to find a good selection of clothing. The store is fairly well organized and clean. Some of the nicer brands are separated into a boutique area at one side of the store. There's a separate store to the right that is strictly home goods. Good luck trying to talk with the people that are in charge of picking up donations. They Never pick up phone but send you to recording and take at least one to two days to return call if at all. Then once you do try and set up a pick up its weeks before they can pick something up. I can't comment on the store itself I'm only addressing their donation dept. can use some help. read more

This is my second trip to Franklin and my second visit to this thrift store. I love how they have one section/building with clothing and boutique items and then another part of the building is houseware items. My favorite is going through the houseware building. Wow, the place is huge and the prices are outstanding. Prices are much lower than other thrift stores I've been to. They have a ton of season items and kitchen items which are my favorites. Love GraceWorks! I donate to the thrift store and love shopping there too. Great items and great prices and knowing 90% goes to help folks in need makes a big difference. Love volunteering there too and all the wonderful ways they serve neighbors in need in Williamson County! I was just at your Grace works in the clothing department and was so happy to have contact with Nancy and Valencia. They were outstanding customer service people. I love Graceworks Ministries and bring my stuff and my families stuff to them and also buy from them. These two people made my day. Valenicia came around and visited and thank people for shopping there and bringing things to them to sell. She told us how much Gracework's been able to make and give to other. My daughter works for the City of Franklin and before I started working for them, she would come home and tell me how wonderful Graceworks Ministries was and how they help others. OMGoodness, I LOVE this store!!! The treasures alone are enough to keep you coming back....and w/ their prices!!! No where else can you find a brand new Ralph Lauren jacket for $5.00!!! And I have to add that the women that work there are phenomenal! It's the one place I know I can go and not get in trouble for spending $$.
