There are a lot of options for daycare in the North Naperville area, but few of them are so reasonably priced. The only criticism I have is their outdoor play space is limited. But the reality is that limitation is due to their location, which I wouldn't want to change. So the importance of that is something each family has to decide for themselves.

If it wasn't an ear infection she would think something else was wrong. I was also taking her to the Dr for a constant vaginitis issue. The Dr finally said it was because I wasn't changing her diaper often enough. (She was potty training and only wore a diper for nap and bedtime at this time. Kiddie Campus kept her in a diaper all day.) I sent her with one diaper each day for naptime and it magically went away! I believe the teachers were being too lazy about making sure she used the bathroom. If your child shows interest in potty training before 2, they don't have a bathroom in the room so they will not work on the potty training with them and make them stay in a diaper until they are moved up into the 2's room. My son's teachers were great (note 2 stars)! Never any issues with diaper rash or him seeming unhappy when we dropped him off. When my daughter moved up in the 2's room we actually called her teacher Dumb Dumb because she always seemed clueless about everything going on around her. They will also move your child into the older children's room to make the numbers work for the day so they can cram more kids in. There is also a dog in the main office all the time so if your child is allergic beware. They are way over priced for what you get!

Left Handed Parents Finally Get Some Love!…read more A huge shoutout to the amazing care team at KinderCare Oswego, and especially Miss Ashlee, the Assistant Director! What started as a simple joke turned into one of those small moments that makes you realize how much the people caring for your kids actually pay attention. I'm left handed, and the sign in book was giving me the ultimate left handed struggle. Every time I signed in, I was getting ink all over my hand. I made a joke about it and mentioned how difficult it was, not really expecting anything to come from it. Well... Miss Ashlee heard me. She took the time to create a front and back sign in setup specifically for our kids' section so this left handed parent could finally sign in without looking like I had just fingerprinted a crime scene. It honestly made me laugh and smile at the same time. That small gesture says a LOT about the kind of people we have caring for our children. It's not just about childcare. It's about parent involvement, listening, communication, and making sure everyone feels heard and valued. We also utilize before and after school care (BASE, used to be called SAFE) and activity days during non-school days. The fitness room has been recently refreshed, and is kept very clean. The programs offered have a great variety and varied scheduling, and it isn't too hard to get into something of interest. We've been very happy with our experience in both gymnastics and swimming, and are looking forward to trying the revamped basketball program.
