Tonight I saw Tresca, and I left in a total daze. I cannot remember the last time I felt so physically relaxed. I am pretty sure I fell asleep in the session and I can't remember the last time that's happened either. Tresca offered pain relief and in a way that was so calming my entire system settled- and that is beyond amazing to and for me, I am very grateful. I love the north Scottsdale location of the NOW- from the moment you walk in, the scent starts working on your mood and the sounds of the ocean in the treatment area drowns out the noise. There are several amazing therapists there and I'm so glad I can add Tresca to the list.

4/13/26 update: Management and ownership reached out after my bad experience. Long story short,…read morethey offered a complimentary massage to make up for the experience I had. The complimentary massage was with Trang, who did a fantastic job. It was clear that she was talented and paid attention to my areas of focus/concern. She also provided a full 80 minutes of her time, as expected. Had my original experience been with Trang, The NOW would have received an easy 5-star review from me. I am changing my overall rating to 4/5 due to the hassle and frustration I originally had to deal with. That said, management and ownership did the right thing. Bad experiences (or just bad fits) can happen, but the difference between a good business and a bad one is what management and ownership do to address those issues. 5 stars to management and ownership, 5 stars to Trang, and 4 stars overall given my specific experience. I can comfortably recommend this location, as long as you are willing to speak up if you don't get what you deserve. After my first experience, I would not have considered this location in the future. After management/ownership intervened, and after my experience with Trang, I can confidently say I will return, and if my experience is anything like the one I had with Trang, I'll be happy to follow up with a 5-star review.

My body is well past using massage therapy for pampering; I need it for relief from aches and pains. Out of desperation, I walked into Lemon Tree Massage for a same-day, 90-minute upper body massage. My shoulders and neck were feeling like concrete and they hurt. My massage therapist was very friendly, but she was not an expert in muscle anatomy. Therefore, the massage was not as helpful as I needed it to be. I paid $100 for a 90-minute massage plus a 20% tip. I tipped her for her effort and professionalism even though I left disappointed. She checked in throughout the massage for desired pressure, but she was definitely more accustomed to massage for relaxation versus therapeutic relief. A few more notes...There was no table warmer, which was fine by me, but you get the gist this is a no-frills experience. There is no neck cradle on the massage table; you're given a donut pillow. This place is located in the shopping center next to the Home Depot.

We were a lil skeptical being first timers here and no stranger to couples massage experiences, however they did not disappoint! Of course I'll leave a good review! Thank you so much to our therapist team.

While I was waiting the receptionist put me in a bright green room with the foot soak set up. I thought this was complimentary because I had to wait. Mind you they close at 9 pm and we arrived there at 2 pm. So no rush. It was only us in the establishment. The soak was 30 minuets long. They cleaned it up and I waited in the room for another 30 minuets, I took a nap. The friends I came with were still in the room getting massages in a relaxing properly low lit room. The receptionist calls me into a tiny room to prepare for my massage. This room was not relaxing like the other one. The lady comes in and does it. I saw she had a timer on the table and it read 25 minuets. I got in that room at 3:30 pm and she finished my massage at 4:05. The massage was lackluster. I wouldn't go back. I asked my friends how their massages went and it was completely different. They said received a full hour of pure massage and the foot soak. I didn't like this because I was willing to wait but the staff insisted to rush us out of there. The only thing I honestly liked was the foot soak.

While we've had Thai massages before, neither of us have ever been to a head-spa and we were beyond excited to see what all the rave is about. We started with our Thai massages in a beautiful couples room. What we loved most was how they integrate stretching into your massage experience. If you've never had a Thai massage there are bars on the ceiling and they hold themselves up to walk on your back and use their feet to manipulate and massage different areas of your body. Although it can be intense, it is also surprisingly therapeutic. Next we went entered the couples aqua spa room and had our head-spa experience side by side. They washed, conditioned, massaged, scrubbed, squeegeed, rubbed, combed, brushed, rinsed and used a waterfall feature on our scalps. I don't think my scalp has ever been so squeaky clean in my whole life! The woman who did my head-spa offered to blow dry it and as someone with thick, ethnic, wavy curly hair this was what I was most worried about going into the experience. I let her try but ended up having to finish drying and flat ironing my hair in the main bathroom. They had a Dyson blow drier and flatiron as well as brand name perfumes in the rooms, which really made the experience feel luxurious. For us the combo experience of two 60-minute treatments back to back was a little too long. I started getting antsy towards the end of the second treatment. In the future I'd love to return and enjoy one treatment because it really was a top notch experience.
