All of my children have been with them since they were infants (2 months & 5 months old). Their day to day is structured which helps create a routine for the kids and they know what to expect each day. The program includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks which are all nutritious and my kids love (I give credit for my kiddos being great eaters, they love veggies, to the balanced meals they receive). Even from infancy formula is provided if needed along with food plans outlined once solids are introduced. Once old enough they facilitate a preschool program, my two year old can hold a pencil correctly and does his worksheets daily. The early introduction to these skills continue on to help prepare for kindergarten. We decided to keep our kids at Harvest House until they started kindergarten, and credit the curriculum and dedication they set in place of reading, sight words, and math to setting them up for success. My 8 and 5 yr old progressed at different paces but both felt more confidence going into kindergarten. In the eight years we have been with them they haven't been closed outside the Holidays and Vacation days outlined at the beginning of the year, providing us working parents with the reliability and stability needed. Harvest House has been a blessing for our family creating a safe, caring, and structured program for our kids. My eight year old still wants to go back to ZaZa's and Papa's on her school breaks. Truly could not recommend Harvest House more as top notch child care provider. Ainsley, Hadley, Dalton, Doug and Kali

From the moment you see the space, you can feel the difference -- her home and large backyard offer room for children to move, play, and grow in a calm, nurturing environment. It feels like family, not a crowded commercial center. The children are well cared for, fed fresh organic vegetables and even home-grown fruits, and they come home happy, clean, and secure every day. What truly sets Harvest House apart is the focus on early learning, especially reading and math. Ms. Sylvia follows an old-school, pen-and-paper approach that emphasizes literacy, numbers, and repetition over constant arts and crafts. I've had two daughters here -- my first (Delaney) attended from age 3 to 5, and my second (Henley) started as a newborn at just 2 months old and is still with Ms. Sylvia now at age 5, entering kindergarten next year. My youngest has already surpassed the kindergarten curriculum: she knew sight words by age 2.5, began reading by 3.5, and now reads at a second-grade level. When my first daughter was born, I called Harvest House Daycare when she was six months old and there was no space available. At the time, I enrolled her in an expensive, brand-name private school believing the higher price would guarantee better care and education. I later learned that branding and cost do not equal quality. The structure, academic focus, and individualized attention at Harvest House far exceeded what we experienced elsewhere. We were incredibly fortunate to later secure a spot, and both of my daughters thrived here academically, socially, and emotionally. The price is absolutely worth it when you consider the long-term growth, confidence, and academic advantage your child gains. With reliable hours from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., genuine care, and a strong academic foundation, Harvest House Daycare offers something rare -- a place where children are truly prepared for school and life, not just watched during the day. The sisters (all three) and staff are pretty awesome and really go out of their way to show you that they care. Our daughter is really advanced for her age and they made sure that they constantly challenged her to keep her engaged. In the 1st grade she was reading at a 5th grade level and LoMo played a big part in that. Although we had a rough patch with our son they worked with us to find a solution. We collaborated on what works and what doesn't work to correct his behavior which is rare from facilities like this. Most of them time at other facilities it plays out like this: your kid is a problem, they did X, you need to punish them to correct it, if it continues we will kick you out. Finding a solution wasn't quick or easy but together we corrected the issue while giving each other constructive feedback along the way. That is honestly why they get 5 stars. I am no pushover and can be hard to work with because I hold people accountable while being blunt. We did use another daycare in Lodi before my son was eligible to attend LoMo and the difference was obvious. LoMo is a school, other places in Lodi for this age group are daycare. They also go out of their way to put on special events for holidays like Halloween and Thanksgiving whole holding lunches and breakfasts with parents. Overall they treat you like family and really care for your kids as if they were their own. What more could you ask for? Thank you for all that you've done! We will miss you!

He enjoyed going to school everyday and he would be sad on weekends and breaks when school was closed. That was the most important thing to me- that he loved school. His teacher was Miss Alicia and she went above and beyond for him and all the students. She teaches everything they need to know to be prepared for the next grade and makes learning fun with the holidays, art, science experiments and more. I always got messages and pictures of my son which I liked a lot. The entire staff is wonderful too and works hard to run an amazing school that is very clean and safe. I highly recommend Lodi Montessori if you want the best for your child.

My niece and nephew attended this "daycare" for a few months before My sister finally had enough of the poor care my niece and nephew had while attending this place. My nephew would come home with bruises in his ears. He was also petrified of Brenda the assistant director. When questioned he said his ear was pulled and told to pick up the toys! My niece was always sick!! Something that never happened until she started attending this place, and she was just an infant. I went with my sister to pick them up and saw babies sleeping in swings which is a huge NO NO!! As this is know to cause SIDS. Babies with full diapers. Babbies crying on the floors with zero attention. Mind you my nieces diaper was never properly changed and always had bad rashes. She also got hand, foot, and mouth disease. The worse pink eye case I have ever witnessed! Another time the assitant director was extremely rude (which by the way she would NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS!) one time almost throwing a fit because she was short staffed and that meant she had to help to care for the kids herself. Insisting my sister not drop off her kids that day. Later we found out why. The place is not clean and in the winter kids are outside waiting to be brought inside and it's freezing. So no they arent well cared for. This is my second time leaving this review as they know its true and keep flagging it to be brought down. They also call CPS on parents for ridiculous things if the director happens to be in a bad mood. This place is not a good place to leave your kids here they are not in good hands. They are very aggressive with payments and telling you that even if your child doesn't come you will still get charged. But not worth the money at all! I have way more things to say about this place but honestly don't have the space for it all.
