The staff over there is nice always willing to give supporting hands and always willing to listen your feedbacks. My Grand child attend this Preschool, first of all, I was very nervous to enrolled my grandchild and desperate all the reviews on it . but we had a great impression on tour , The staff working there are very friendly,kind,understand the kid needs and willing to help the parents and kids . Befor Rhythm's came to her daycare she didn't know her ABCs she didn't know how to count 1 to 10 the ladies here are amazing not only do they pour love into your child but they also help your child grow I would highly recommend this place for your child.. they also helped me get my baby girl potty trained and she's 2.. she looks forwards to seeing her teachers and the kids there as well plus I love that they have different age group classes to keep the bigger kids away from the smaller kids.I love seeing the different projects she works on throughout her day.. and love that I receive pictures as well.. read more

I was really excited to tour this preschool as we just moved to the area and it's 5 mins from our new home. I understand set times for tours, but unfortunately I am a single mom that works 5 days a week and would never be able to do a early morning tour on a week day. The person I was talking to on the phone was not pleasant and honestly a bit rude regarding me not being able to schedule a tour at the required time. There wasn't any understanding, since I'm sure 11am isn't an easy time for everyone, so I'm assuming this is a common thing and there is no accommodations they can offer. I would gladly change my review if I felt there was any understanding. I have read reviews from current parents and I was happy with the feedback so this was disheartening. read more

So after their "bribe" over a year ago for me to take my review down didn't work, they came under my review and accused me of "sneakingly" tagging along at closing hours on an unscheduled appointment. Bologna! We went around lunch time, an appointment was made, I'm the mother of 2 kids (now preteens) and I've had my children in childcare when they were young so my sister trusted in me to find her childcare. These reviews are fake. They do not care about your child only the money. It is nasty in there and I have seen roaches. They don't offer nutritionist meals they just give the kids junk food and candy even when you tell them not too. The staff are extremely rude and aggressive when you try to bring up concerns and there is no structure your child will pick up very bad habits and when you bring it up to them they act lost and they will try to tell you you're babying your child. They can never keep staff so there's always a new staff member and they never inform parents of that so when you come in to pick up your child there'll calling for the wrong kid. They even lost my child twice and when they finally located him he was in the parking lot between cars. I do not recommend sending your child here please go far from here it's best for you and your child. read more

My daughter has attended Ace Tots since November 2021. I am pleased with the care she receives at the school. She enjoys attending and seems happy when I pick her up each day. The staff are available to answer any questions I may have and to let me know how my daughter is progressing. Ace Tots has extended hours, which help when I have early or late meetings outside of my regular work schedule. Enrollment was quick and easy, and I was able to have my daughter start at Ace within 2 days of taking a tour and completing the forms. I'm glad I found this preschool! read more

We love ace tots. We've been having children here for around 3 years off and on and the one consistent thing that kept us going back is knowing Ashley and Jennifer are there welcoming us with opened arms. They are the most kind hearted people we know. My son would go in as happy as can be and even though he left for kinder he asks to go see his "little school teachers" all the time still. The other teachers are pretty nice too but hating to say this the school wouldn't be the same without Jennifer and Ashley. Their personalities and love for the kids and their job is what keeps the place going strong. Meet them. You will love them. read more

I'm only giving 3 stars for the 3 teachers my son had that were great. Ms Silvia, Ms K and Ms Yolanda. My son has been at this day care for 8 months and has had 3 new teachers. 2 teachers quit and 1 was fired for no apparent reason (the director could not give a reason). We were not told the teachers were gone. Not told there would be a new teacher. The teachers would not even introduce themselves. Another thing that bugged me was the teacher didn't even know me but didn't question who I was when I picked up my son. Anybody could have taken him home. The director is running her business poorly. Obvious signs were the teachers quitting and moving on. She's never at her daycare and can hardly ever be reached. She hires people to work there that look like she found them at Walmart. The new teachers look mean, never are smiling at the kids and when I go to pick up my son, are always just sitting and talking not paying attention to the kids. I'm very disappointed in the service since Ms K left. I've tried to give the benefit of the doubt so I wouldn't have to adjust my son to a new school but I had to pull him out after Ms Silvia was let go. She was the only reason (and now Ms yolanda) that my son was there. Ms Silvia was the only teacher that I feel taught my son a lot of what he knows. He was always doing projects and reading stories. Ms Yolanda really cares about her kids. All other teachers he has had are just there for the paycheck. I would always walk in on nap time and Ms Stephanie is talking on her phone. There is a lot more I could write but I will not go on. My son is out of this school. read more

Idk why this place has 4 stars they must delete all the bad reviews. I took my son out of this school after the director kept lying to me about who was in charge at the school. I walked in every day with all the teachers on their phone and I even walked in one day with one of the teachers changing a little girls diaper on the floor with all the little kids standing around her. One teacher asked for help because the little girl had diarrhea and the other teacher said no call her mom I'm not touching that. My daughter started here when she was four last August, she is now five and has been going here three days a week for almost a year. Ms Jennifer is AMAZING! my daughter has never once complained about not wanting to go to school. They have a great program here and I would recommend to ANY parent. They are incredibly involved and offer extra curricular activities for the children to participate. My daughter does their science program and LOVES it. Ms Jennifer always takes the time to talk to you about any questions or concerns you may have. My daughter has absolutely flourished here. She is 100% ready for kindergarten this year and confident about it. Their pricing is outstanding, and you certainly get your monies worth. Both of my girls attend Ace Tots preschool and have been for about 9 months now. We absolutely love it. My girls love their teachers and I have never had a bad experience with them. They even have a science program for the kids twice a week and it's so awesome. My daughters love it and learn so many cool things from this class. This preschool is amazing ! When I first started looking for preschools I was so nervous but when I toured Ace Tots Ms Jennifer & Ms. Ashley answered all my questions comments and concerns and I felt relief. My 2 yr old daughter started 2 months ago and she loves it. Before she started her speech wasn't very good she wasn't saying words or numbers or abcs but just in these two months she's saying all her abcs and her numbers up to 20. I'm so impressed with the way she's learning so much in such a small amount of time I can only imagine how much more she will learn. Her teacher is Ms. Jen and she's amazing she always updates us about our child every day when she is picked up. She does art projects everyday with the kids and they love it. I love Ace Tots Preschool. They are so quick to correct any concerns a parent may have. They are amazing with the kids as well! My son started at Ace tots in July of 2017. He is in Ms.Annettes class. Since his enrollment the staff and teachers have been so pleasant. They are always welcoming and greet us with a good morning and always send me off with a 'have a good day' ! The cleanliness of this child development center is top. I've never walked into that place and felt as if my child would be in a dirty atmosphere. There was a time when I was stuck in severe traffic and was late to pick my son up. They stayed in communication with me and assured me my son was fine. They were so accommodating. Being a single mother and full time student it's not easy on my own. And I have felt like ace tots and the staff have really embraced us. The meals are always well balanced. My son takes naps very easy. They play relaxing music during nap time and they give them lots of water!! The play areas out side are all age appropriate. When my son started the max capacity of the facility was 66, very private which I liked. The student to teacher ratio is perfect. Thank you ace tots! read more

I take my 3 and a half year old to ace tots. They are amazing here. My daughter loves all of her teachers. They are very patient with the children. My daughter is doing soccer at the school right now. A coach comes to teach them for a very low price during school hours which is great. She loves doing projects and they're always doing fun things with them! I love when she comes home and always has a new craft to show me. She has learned so much from the school. They have a very organized curriculum and they genuinely care about your child. They do daily pickups from nearby schools including Podesta Elementary. Ms Jennifer and Mays have always tried to work with me on every request and tiny health issues. At the end of the day, there's not much better than seeing my smiling son run accross their large play yard. My daughters went to Ace Tots for about a year. They really loved it. Ms. Jennifer was always very friendly and you can tell that she takes her job very seriously. Everyday my daughters came home with art projects and schoolwork that they had completed. The facility and classrooms are a great size, and the outdoor play area is a great size too. The food that they serve is healthy and they always followed our dietary restrictions. We are sad to leave Ace Tots, I almost want to hold my daughter back for another year, but she must move on to kindergarten. If we have another kid in the future though, we would gladly send them to Ace Tots. Also wanted to give a shout out to the other Ms. Jen in the baby classroom. She was always extremely positive and worked well with our youngest child. She will go down in the history books as our youngest daughters first teacher. Also I forgot to mention that the school has fun celebrations during holidays, and they have professional pictures at the end of the school year. If you want your child to get Cs or Bs in school, send them somewhere else, but if you are ready for your child to be the cream of the crop, send them to Ace Tots.... AKA the best preschool in the 209, I would even go as far as to say the best preschool this side of the Mississippi. read more

This is the WORST daycare ever. My son was there for about 2 1/2 months until I pulled him out. When he started, I told them he was lactose intolerant so I brought Almond Milk and other foods that he could eat and they would return the Tupperware and Almond Milk completely full because they didn't feed him at all. I asked for Daily Reports and that was a struggle for them to do and when they did them, they were one word reports. They fed him Top Ramen noodles and I told them to never again feed him that bs because I do not consider that a nutritious meal. He came home one day with a bit mark on his arm and I called the daycare immediately and they told me they had no idea what happened to him. The next day, they finally said he was bit hy a kid and failed to do any report until I complained and "talked" to them. My son continued to get bit (2 more times and i barked at them because no child should keep getting bit) and still no reports and I asked to speak to the parents and they refused to give me their information and I finally had it and... let's just say I let them know where I stood as a mother. They don't know how to change diapers at all, on their cell phones constantly and don't care about the kids what so ever. I pulled my son out after the 3rd time he was bit (he actually hit the little kid back and they had the nerve to make a report about that)... I ripped up the report and told them where it could go! Long a** story short.. Spare your child and your self the stress and don't even consider this place at all. They also took the toddler kids on walks that were far away from the facility as well (which I learned on the day I took my son out). They do not tell you this at all, they just show you the play ground in the back. 0 stars... #dontmesswithmybaby read more

Took a tour of Ace Tots today. Not the cleanest or most organized child care facility. There were 2 empty classrooms full of random items (looked mostly like storage). There was also an overflowing dumpster right as you enter the premises. It was very spacious but not very well kept. The teachers were nice but I won't be enrolling my child here. I just didn't get a great vibe & I don't think it's a good fit for my family. read more

I have 2 toddler boys and they have both been attending Ace Tots for 4 months now. My boys love going to school and talk about their teachers frequently. They bring home arts and crafts almost daily and they also get a lot of outside play time. They also engage the kids in educational activities and I have seen a lot of growth in my kids since they have started there. They are interacting with other children, so of course they have had some conflicts, but the teachers always handle it well with a report for each parent and a discussion regarding the incident. My boys always seem to have been well cared for and attended to while they are there. I would recommend Ace Tots to anyone who is looking for a fun, safe, educational place for their children. read more

Omg so where do start hands down my favorite place for my son by far... I was new to Stockton with my 4 year old son. And it was important to me to make sure which ever pre-school I had decided to put him in I wanted him to to want to be there so we walked into a few preKs in the Stockton area before coming across ACETOTS!!!!! . Walking in we were welcomed in by Miss Jen who I really appreciate so much . She really works so hard to make sure that she actually teaching things that will prepare them for kindergarten and I love that . My son had recently started acting out in school and I really appreciate her and miss Ashley for being open to sitting down with me and my son to all come up with a way to help turn his lil car around to focus and pay attention like when he first started and now days a lot of teachers do not act as concerned they way do here at Acetots.... not to mention the prices are very reasonable . Definitely will be bring my next child (whenever I have another baby shark) here hands down read more

We have been with Ace tots for about 3 months, and we just absolutely love it there. I was so scared about switching from a home daycare to a preschool. We have two boys 4 & 3 and they have done EVERYTHING together. They have never spent a day apart. I wasn't sure how they would handle being separated. Different classes because of their ages. I did 3 tours, talked to Jennifer on the phone at least 6 times before we enrolled. I was planning on missing work for the first week to help with the adjustment period. About 1 o'clock the first day I called and talked to Jennifer to see how they were doing. They were fine, had no issues. I worried and stressed over nothing. Since day one both boys get up every morning excited to go to school. Every day they are learning new things and mastering new skills. For an extra fee you can sign up for soccer shots or science classes. We tell anyone and everyone we come across about how much we love it there. I have absolutely zero complaints. read more

My twins have been attending this child care for 5 months now. When my child care search began I was extremely picky, due to a background in Early Childhood and being a preschool teacher myself, also, not to mention these are my babies. The first time I walked in I new this was the right child care for my twins. As we entered the toddler class we were greeted with a warm welcome from Ms. Silvia. My girls loved her and were comfortable. Their prices are good too. The director is a sweet lady and goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are happy. Mrs. Jennifer, Ms. Ashley, Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Cindy are awesome as well! This center is worth the visit. Also, I love the fact that the doors remain shut and locked during business hours.
