My sisters and I went to enjoy the Head spa experience, and I'm so glad we did! The room is nice and dark, which I love in a spa experience. The music was calming and Kristina and Ari did wonderful! (My sister and I were able to get the service simultaneously) From start to finish this was RELAXING. We did the deluxe experience, so a mini facial was apart of it. I am a sucker for a good facial! At first I posted a very negative review, but I don't need to be rude, so I'll just stick with the facts here. I had my lashes done Saturday, it is now Wednesday, and I think all of them have fallen out. Kristina offered MORE THAN ONCE to fix the lashes, so I'm sure if someone has an issue with lash retention, she will fix it. I'm just bummed because it took so much of my time and of her time for them to fall off so quickly. I had some other issues, but Kristina said that later that same day she was ended up in the hospital, so the issues I had probably wouldn't have been present if she weren't so sick. Kristina was excellent! She deserves 5 stars for making my first time experience today wonderful! I was very pleased. I was worried about the outcome with my sparse, thin, and short Asian eyelashes but Kristina did not disappoint me at all. I booked an appointment with her through Yelp and she responded almost immediately. She was super funny and did such a great job! I got a little lost getting to her. The address is correct but her room is in the back with the white French doors. It was very cute and cozy inside. The bed was so comfortable. It took 2 hours for my full set but that bed was so comfortable it wouldn't have mattered how long it took I look forwards to seeing her for a refill in 2 weeks :) I'm very happy with her work and am so glad to have chosen her. Poor lash retention. After 1.5 was it looked like it had been more han a month compared to my prior girl. She did one eye then insisted I had oil in my makeup remover(which I hacked and it does not) so she primed my other eye before doing it and they both lost the same amount. I also told her I have sensitive eyes and she did not use the right glue so my eyes burned like crazy after. Told me she would give me a free appt the following week then cancelled and never called back to reschedule. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Charged me for hybrids and I see no difference compared to the classics! In response to her response below: she also cleaned my eyes once I got there and primed one eye so there should be no reason both of my eyes are losing lashes and i find that the price is too high for what I got since there is no difference in the look of classic and hybrids. She has offered to fix it but I don't see a reason to fix it if this is just going to happen again. She did not tell me not to wear makeup on the day of my appt she said just clean them and they will be fine and they aren't. I can't go to work without makeup on my face! Long over due review for the best lash person in Clovis/Fresno. Ive been going to her for the past three months and I've never been unhappy with ANYTHING. She really knows what she's doing and has kept my lashes clean and healthy. She truly cares about her work being done right, and how you want it to be done. She has a unique and natural style as you can tell by all of her pictures. She is very clean while doing your lashes. If you are currently searching for someone and doing your research, don't overlook her just because there's other places with more reviews, look into her social media pictures and you will definitely fall in love with her work. This isn't the first lash place I have been to so I KNOW she is good. My last place was a "5-star" place with 30+ reviews and their work was trash. Almost caused me permanent damage, I would loose 5-6 of my lashes per extension (which is not normal). Couldn't tell I had extensions at all in pictures and so on. I kept going to them because I didn't know who else to go to until I came across Kristina. She got me in right away and SAVED my lashes. My natural eyelashes have grown back and I couldn't be happier. I just want to make it clear I know what bad lashes look like, and I know her lashes are the BEST. She also has a great energy to her which is a plus because who wants to lay there for an hour or two with someone with bad energy. read more

Kristina does beautiful lashes. I receive compliments all the time and women asking where I go to get such gorgeous lashes. Just know it may take a few hours your first time. I should also point out I had my lashes done by someone else for my first time and this person glued my eyes shut and it took her 30-45 min to unglued them. It was awful! You will not find a better lash stylist than Kristina! Prior to getting my lashes done by Kristina, I went somewhere else. BIG MISTAKE! The previous person glued lashes to my skin, glued my natural lashes together, and caused a ton of breakage. When I went to Kristina I was worried she wouldn't be able to fix the other person's job and I'd be without lashes (natural as well as extensions) for a long time, but she was able to safely remove the old lashes and I walked out with absolutely gorgeous lashes!
