Do not take your child here. She judged by the looks and always had it out for me since I first brought my baby. My babies don't deserve the terrible treatment that they did to my child. I used the live footage feed which the app does NOT allow you to screenshot or screen record (of course to protect them) and the daycare worker shoved my son into a table. Full force SHOVED him. His dad wrote a review however that one is now mysteriously not showing up. When we enrolled him we let them know our son was possibly on the spectrum and they were welcoming and said they'd had kiddos before and were equipped to handle it but apparently not. When we enrolled him we advised them on his allergies and restrictions yet they were unable to actually feed him anything or actually abide by it which resulted in us bringing food for him. The only issue is that they left his food sitting out in the open unrefrigerated so his lunch was sitting out for 5+ hours before even being consumed. Talk about foodborne illness. Chelsea was absolutely no help in any situation and of course took the side of the daycare and the sitters. I understand it's a difficult job, almost underpaid but at the very least do not take on something you don't think you can handle and do not toy with allergens, illnesses and child abuse

Fast forward a few years--and another child later--it turned out to be one of the best decisions we've ever made as parents. The director and her team are truly one of a kind. If we ever have an issue, we can bring it up, and they handle it with care. At the same time, when the director challenges us as parents to work on things with our kids, we know it comes from a place of support and partnership. Both of our children have grown so much in their learning and development; and they aren't even in preschool yet! From learning manners to potty training to building social skills, this place has been incredible. Our kids love the director, but they also respect her and her team, which speaks volumes about the balance of warmth and structure they provide. No place or person is perfect, but if you're looking for a team that fosters structure, growth, learning, and genuine care for your children, this is the place. SMH! They had my child outside in her SOCKS due to letting her pee herself 3x in a day because of not having RRs in classrooms and when I brought it up why didn't they just put her in another class they were short staffed and at ratio. Don't bring up ANY issues because the director will gaslight you. The director lacks the ability to EVER take accountability for ALL the issues that happens in her daycare. Blames the teachers, makes excuses and tries to manipulate the issues. SHE IS RUDE and doesn't care to be professional AT ALL when issues with your child are upsetting. No empathy at all. I witnessed a teacher push a kid to the ground-all the did was move my child classes because she wasn't the one who it happened too. Teachers are allowed to eat the children's food without serving the kids extra first. Another issue I witnessed and addressed-nothing was done to the teacher. I had to constantly watch the cameras to ensure she was even being fed-they missed her on more than 1 occasion. I have screenshots bringing it up multiple times but I'm the problem? Their lunch choice are awful! Black beans mixed with bs EVERY Monday-it's pure SLOP. Or Black eyes peas & coleslaw/salad for a meal every week. My child was constantly starving. During summer camp activities-they made my child SIT ON THE CURB and watch other kids play in foam party/bubbles-all because she "didn't have clothes" when THEY DIDNT check HER CUBBY. The director said it was my husband's fault for not telling them she had clothes?? My fault for not calling either. Not one teacher took accountability or showed empathy that it was their mistake-not one sorry. Excuse and putting the blame on me. The assistant director supposedly didn't have the number to corporate when I asked for it. I've tried to call corporate and left multiple messages and never received a response.
