You can genuinely tell that the staff is working hard to take this center to the next level and create an environment where both the children and their families feel welcomed, involved, and cared for. One of the biggest things I appreciate as a parent is the communication. My toddler's teachers keep me informed about what he needs, how his day is going, and anytime he gets hurt or something happens. The office staff is also always willing to talk, answer questions, and help however they can. I truly feel like they care about the children AND the parents, which means so much to me. I also love having the TLE app and being able to see updates throughout the day. I would definitely love to see more pictures and updates when possible, but I also completely understand that the teachers are busy actually caring for our babies--and that should always come first! If I could change anything, it would definitely be the outside appearance and curb appeal. I would love to see the exterior match how welcoming the staff is inside. Better signage would also be a huge improvement because the center can be difficult to find if you don't already know where it is. Overall, I'm very happy with our experience at TLE and especially appreciative of the positive changes and effort I've seen from the current staff.

Some classes are too much for the people monitoring them as I have seen a child have their hand smashed in a bathroom door. The big question is why are there kids by themselves that young playing in the bathroom? So happy that my grand baby has been moved to a more fitting center. This center was not always bad and had great teachers through the years....too bad they were all run off.

They pay competitive wages and have several benefit packages. The owners even chose to be corporate partners with the TEXAS T.E.A.C.H Scholarship program, which allows all staff to take early education college courses including at the university level at zero cost to the staff. Plus the owners give financial incentives for completing courses. The O'Connor's care about the education and careers of their staff, often promoting leadership from within and providing an opportunity for personal and professional growth for every teacher. I highly recommend this work place.

The teachers work really hard and are not compensated considering how high the tuition is. There were frequently issues that parents weren't informed of that as a parent I would want to know but it was an administrative decision. From a parent perspective it is great. But because I worked there to afford the tuition; I could not ignore how the staff was being treated many women were too scared to say anything for fear of being written up. I truly hope things have improved ,but I ethically cannot support a business that doesnt pay their excepcional teachers a living wage.

Service 0/10 Care 0/10…read more This place is lucky to get even 1 star. My son's center closed down last minute and we thought we were fortunate to get into this one. He didn't even make it a week. I used the live footage feed which the app does NOT allow you to screenshot or screen record (of course to protect them) and the daycare worker shoved my son into a table. Full force SHOVED him. His dad wrote a review however that one is now mysteriously not showing up. When we enrolled him we let them know our son was possibly on the spectrum and they were welcoming and said they'd had kiddos before and were equipped to handle it but apparently not. When we enrolled him we advised them on his allergies and restrictions yet they were unable to actually feed him anything or actually abide by it which resulted in us bringing food for him. The only issue is that they left his food sitting out in the open unrefrigerated so his lunch was sitting out for 5+ hours before even being consumed. Talk about foodborne illness. Chelsea was absolutely no help in any situation and of course took the side of the daycare and the sitters. I understand it's a difficult job, almost underpaid but at the very least do not take on something you don't think you can handle and do not toy with allergens, illnesses and child abuse
