Worst place I ever had to deal with. I simply asked them to fix my snowmobile and when I turn the key I want it to start. They couldn't even do that. They return my snowmobile on a trailer and the gentleman who dropped it off had to pull it 10 times before it started. And the battery was dead! Where to begin... I dropped my sled off for a Recall to replace a cracked Team clutch, as I had inspected and noticed the cracks, then found out about the recall. I had let them know the clutch was for sure cracked. They had claimed to have known the recall process with Arctic Cat and have experience with this specific issue. 11/22- Drop my sled and trailer off, told it was a good time to get in before they got too backed up. Quoted less than 2 weeks. (Friday) 11/29- Told parts were in, they'd have it done in a day or two. (Friday; Saturday/Monday) 12/2- Told "upon inspection, we noticed your clutch was cracked" In which I kept my cool and explained the situation, as the tech I had spoken with originally no longer works there. They told me they would get in contact with Arctic Cat to expedite the process. (Monday) 12/13- I am told they had to send my clutch in to Arctic Cat to inspect, that they had the new clutch in stock, so they were just waiting on approval. I am offered to pay $7XX.XX, which is then re-quoted at $564.00 without the cost of the clutch guard (which is free under recall along with a new clutch if yours is cracked), to install the clutch which could be reimbursed when approved by Arctic Cat. (Friday) 12/20- I am told they are still waiting on Cat, and that I could pay for the clutch to avoid waiting. I ask about them calling Cat with more excuses and "waiting to hear back" lines from them. (Friday) 12/20- So I call Arctic Cat myself, explain the situation, give my VIN, to which I find out a claim had not even been made for my sled... Also, the process is totally different... only requiring photos of my cracked clutch and the dealer to inspect my sled, nothing about shipping the cracked clutch in. I ask Cat to call Grace Performance and explain this so I can get my sled back asap. (Friday) 12/20- Grace Performance calls me to say "great news, your recall was approved" however, they stated they needed to order clutch weights, as the clutch doesnt have them. Another 1-2 days. (Friday) 12/21-23- called both days inquiring about the clutch weights, and finally told on Monday the 23rd "clutch weights are showing January 21st eta" to which I inquired about being able to pick my sled up without the clutch weights, and just get my own to put in, and was told "I cannot do that" I demanded a manager, explained to him that I was the one who called Arctic Cat, how everybody had dropped the ball, to which he had zero care in the world about it based on the tone in his voice. (Saturday/Monday) 12/24- sled picked up without clutch weights, sled appears to have been left outside and had snow on it, dirty track, it was spotless when it went in... and left inside my trailer for storage while at their lot. (Tuesday) Worse experience ever, borderline extortion to con me out of money on a recalled clutch job, to which they were hoping I'd say "just do it, I'll pay" and them tell me "your clutch wasnt approved" when they didnt even start the process and lied about how it even works. This reminds me why I do my own work, except for a recall for a free clutch. read more

my sled has been in there for over 7 weeks i understand that they are backed up for 3 weeks but when i call i was always getting the same story that it wasnt done. so finally i got upset and wanted to talk to the manager and the 2 service advisors told me he would call me back and his name was mike beck. and to my surprise he never called me back i would have to call and explain to the service advisor my issue and he was kind enought to get me a time frame on when it will be done but enought week?. i can understand that the tech that was working on my sled in busy working on something else but its been 7 weeks. i talked to both dennis and i think cory and they both understand where im coming from and they will try to get it done for me asap. but my biggest issue i have is the service manager will not give me a call back and im talking for days. all i want is to talk to him so i can get a straight answer. read more

Went in to purchase a part that had broke on my Honda quad. Went up to front desk and asked about a price on the part, stating type of quad and what part was. Guy at register looked at me, like he wasn't paying attention the first time I said it and replied in a rude manner-What are you looking for? Proceeded to tell him again as he went to check to see if part was available. After he found the part, I asked if he knew of any issues with this part, possibly breaking on other quads and he answered with-I don't know you have to ask the guy in service. So I asked where is service dept and again in a rude manner-Cant you see the sign above the door that says "Service". Holding my temper, because I do not believe that if you are in customer service you should treat people with rudeness and attitude, I walked into the service area. There I asked a lady where I could find a guy to speak to about why a part keeps breaking and she said he's in the back that he was busy at the moment. I said ok, that is fine, I can wait a bit. She replied with, I wouldn't wait because he will be a while. I have had enough by this time and my temper got the best of me and I replied "whatever, fuck this place" and left. Terrible Dealer, (KTM service). They are totally clueless, both in technical ability and customer service. It's oblivious they don't train their employees and get the cheapest people they can find. Spent $300 to get a new keyless key programed and they didn't match the keys. One year later I try my ride on key and it doesn't work any more. I drove 2 hours back to the dealership and tell them that both keys don't work. I think they weren't matched. The service techs think the ride on key is just to open seat , they have no idea that it'll start the bike. They proceed to argue with me, asking are you sure it with run with the ride on key. I told them when they programmed the new key it probably wasn't matched to the ride on key. I asked if they could call KTM service, which they completely ignored. When I got back home I called customer service and they confirmed my theory. KTM said the new keys have to be matched, and you have to start with the low signal ride on key. KTM service recommended a local dirt bike only dealer 10min away to fix my street bike. They said the local dealer could call them if they needed assistance. My local dealer had this fixed in 10min. GACE SERVICE IS A JOKE! read more

Jamie Casey at Grace performance sold me a NEW motorcycle 07/07/18 and as we were finishing up he tells me my motorcycle has a check engine light on. Promised it would be fixed the following week in my hometown of Brighton MI. It was a lie, months of trying to get something done I got no where. Worked my way up the chain and was given 2 month extended warranty even tho motorcycle is still not fixed months later and had no use of the motorcycle because I had it at other dealers that were not able to get the parts it needs. Sold the motorcycle (06/07/20) to find out Jamie sent the wrong VIN number to Sheffield financial so when I recieved my proof lein was paid it doesn't match my motorcycle or title. Still do not have correct proof lein is paid off as of 07/08/20, I have NOT had a single apology or compensation from Jamie Casey or Grace performance for this sickning display of business. read more
