Will never stay here again. They are remodeling this hotel and had the audacity to hang a sign like…read morethis up by the elevator. Yeah yeah I know they can get in if they want to anyway but most reputable hotels will block rooms or floors out for booking when they are doing remodeling. I know that decision costs money and time because there are unoccupied rooms for a long period of time but good hotels do that to protect privacy. I guess this hotel doesn't give a shit.

We heard the fire alarm going off in the room across the hall and assumed since the alarm was not going off in my room it was a glitch. We went to the front desk and shared that the alarm was continuing non-stop and also inquired about the TV not receiving local channels. We did learn that there had been a lightning strike the previous week and that WiFi, the fire alarms and TV were all just coming back up. When we returned to our room the alarm across the hall continued and was still going off by the time we left early the following morning. Unfortunately, the fire alarm in my room went off at about 1:50 AM and continued for about 30 seconds to a minute. About 25 minutes later the alarm went off again. At this point my daughter went to the front desk to inform them that this was not just a one time thing, The staff was courteous but let us know they called a technician. We tried to go back to sleep but every 20 minutes or so the fire alarm in our room would go off and wake us and it appears it did the neighbors as well. This happened a minimum of 8 times with us checking with the desk once more around 4 AM. We packed up and left around 6 AM (which was unplanned to be so early). Why would you rent a room across the hall from or adjacent to a room with loud noises? There had to be a different solution. The affected room was a known problem before we arrived. Our room and ones affected should not have been rented out. The alarms need some type of reset that can be fixed as needed. These rooms should never have been used. After I brought this to Hilton's attention I got the standard thanks for letting us know and we'll throw some points at you. I'd have rather gotten the nights sleep I thought I was paying for. Never heard from the hotel management nor need to now. Don't think we need Hilton points after this.

What do you need in a hotel? Clean rooms? Good breakfast? Good pool? Friendly staff? This place does a great job at all that stuff. Very clean, the staff was courteous. You'll always win my heart over with a waffle maker, but on top of that the meats and other side were fresh and very good. Wine your traveling with two children a good hotel breakfast can save you $30-$40. The price of this hotel will make you think it's a little too rough but I think it's low because of the casino a few miles away. Save some money and stay here.

I didn't take advantage of the pool as it was through the dining area, but I did splurge for a room with a jetted tub, which helped. I was excited to see that they provided dinner, (it was chicken alfredo the night I stayed, though I didn't try any as I'd picked up dinner a few miles earlier), as well as breakfast. The workout room had a nice treadmill that helped me walk some of the driving miles out. Overall a good hotel, and it put Drury Inns on my radar as to try staying at more of these hotels!

You could tell the ceiling had leaked and not fixed. The worst was the bed was like a large marshmallow! We slept on the edge of the bed so we didn't sink! Some general upkeep and cleaning would do wonders we will stay in Paducah next time.

It looks very small from the street and maybe only have 8-9 rooms I think. It was very easy to check in and the lady was very nice. There is covered parking right in front of your room door. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked inside. It had a spacious living room area with a tv sofa coffee table and large chair, along with a kitchen, full size fridge, microwave, sink, actual dishes, coffee maker, a dining room table that seated 4 people. The king size bed was in this room. There was a small bathroom in the hall. There was a door that led to the other bedroom in the suite that had its own tv, a queen size bed, and then a huge bathroom. The shower was a walk in shower and was about as big as the other bathroom in the hall! The beds were very comfortable (I kinda wish I had that mattress at home) and the rooms were very clean. It felt like we were at a home away from home. Bonus was that they are pet friendly! There was some wear and tear in a few places. There was a little paint peeled off in the queen bedroom at the baseboard and the tile on the kitchen counter was cracked pretty good. It was nothing that was really noticeable if you weren't OCD lol. The checkout process was easy....just leave the keys on the table. We will definitely be staying here again if our family reunion is in KY again next year!

The phone didn't wirk and the web site had no local number. No information about local restaurants or anything else. On our return trip we asked for another room. But neither the phone nor the tv worked. There was also a leak in the bathroom ceiling. We had to pack up and change rooms. The tv in the new room worked but not the phone. What really did it was that the shower control was so loose, we both almost burned ourselves when the water went from warm to very hot. I complained profusely, but nothing was done. No compensation or wven an apology. So yourself a favor. Stay away from .this place

They also had a few things going on with the walls but other than that it was a very enjoyable stay from a long road trip. The staff had a great attitude and they smiled the entire time we were checking in because my daughter and I were super sleepy from our long trip from Texas. I have to say if they were having a bad night we wouldn't have known. The room was very nice and the sheets were clean. I loved the different pictures that they had around the room. The bathroom was clean as well and it made a long trip relaxing before we had to get on the road again the next morning. They also had a Continental Breakfast that was very good...You got to make mini waffles. They had an assortment of fruit, muffins, cereal, etc. This truly did help us get ready to get back on the road because we didn't have to stop for breakfast. If we are ever on a road trip again and need to stop I will definitely stop here again. As always.... Enjoy!!!
