The clothes within this shop are decent, even having some accessories and shoes, but nothing dissimilar to what one might find on the high street. Simple wear and a few simple frocks. Good quality items that could cater to various style choices.
I understand that fashion changes, and am far more interested in customer service than anything else. Grace I found was pretty appalling. There were two people there working (one who I am assuming was the owner or manager) and neither seemed to think it worth their time to see if I needed any help with sizes (of which there was only ever one size on the rack per garment and I was thus required to try everything from a small to a large). I was ignored by the owner who seemed to be having more fun dressing her friend, and the other staff member was too busy with a man over a work related issue (I believe).
Upon my asking if their was another size of an item the woman in charge acted, for lack of a better word, condescending and quickly told me no before returning her undivided attention to her friend.
A total let down. read more
