I would not recommend this school. The principal is extremely rude. My children have attended three…read moreother schools due to moving, and I have never been spoken to so unkindly by an administrator. I was treated as if I were doing something wrong for simply trying to help get children buckled in the car line. I was told I needed to drive to a so-called "buckling station" to secure kids. Not only is this unsafe, it's not even legal to drive children unbuckled -- North Carolina law requires kids to be properly restrained any time a vehicle is moving, no matter the distance. Parents should be treated with respect and supported, not talked down to for ensuring their children's safety.

I suppose I can't say what it's like being a student here, but knowing the faculty at that school I can say without a doubt that I would HIGHLY recommend this school and would absolutely send my kiddos here in the future. The admin team is amazing, they genuinely care so much for the teachers, students, and everyone that comes into that building. They are wonderful at making it not only a great working environment but also just a fun, safe, and diligent school that prioritizes faith and exceptional education. The other teachers here are seriously the best, many of them having worked there for many years and know the students and families generationally. The curriculum is solid and is such a great choice for parents looking to send their kiddos to a Christian school. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Northwoods Elementary, My experience at this school has been disappointing overall. While there are…read morea few teachers who genuinely care about students, many seem unprepared, unprofessional, or unwilling to provide support when students are struggling. Communication between staff and students is often poor, and concerns don't feel taken seriously. Another major issue is how disciplinary situations are handled -- students are sometimes written up or punished before staff fully understand what happened or hear every side of the story. It often feels like assumptions are made too quickly instead of handling situations fairly. The environment can feel more discouraging than motivating, which makes it difficult to have a positive learning experience. I hope the administration takes student feedback more seriously and works toward improving the quality of teaching, support, and fairness. The bullying also needs taken care of.

If you are ugly, don't consider going there they will judge you based on how you look. And don't even get me started on the kids... Most of the kids were fine but some of them will tackle you, annoy you, and more. I can't even learn because of all the loud noises. the common core math is garbage. Any good parent would know that the math in the school makes 5 1/2% sense and they expect kids to learn this shit when the kids are struggling regularly in math. the homework parents don't learn because the kid doesn't even know whats going on, half the time we work on stuff we didn't learn and we have to look everything up (which takes at least 1 hour 30 minutes) and at that point, it's their bedtime and now they're frustrated because they had no breaks whatsoever trying to figure out what is going on. Do you want to know a great idea? DON'T GO TO THIS SCHOOL!
