I chose this center and location (#12) because of the great reviews I saw on google and the tour, seemed like a nice facility. But now, my mind has changed. There are numerous issues with this place with MY experience. The staff are nice but the teachers switch out every other minute and its hard to get even a tiny bit of report of how my child is doing. Every time I would pick her up (19mos), her face would be dirty with snot and crust, no diaper change. I understand dirty diapers are random, but do they even check? Anyway, my child clearly had not been eating and no one cared to call me and let me know, instead of just letting her starve. When a toddler is hungry then yes, you should expect some odd behavior. Instead of asking me, "is she like this at home?" ask yourself, "did she eat all of her meals during meal times? hydrated?" They also have this god AWFUL contract. If your child has to be pulled out of daycare or even miss a week, best believe they will still take your money. I signed the contract with this knowledge, but still that could definitely be revised. Some suggestions would be for to lessen the teachers for the ratio if one teacher can't focus on one set. Every parent likes some sort of report of how their child's day went; especially if they're not old enough to tell you themselves. It shows that you all are attentive to the children... for example, if you go to your teen's highschool and ask the teacher about your child's grades and she responds with 'I don't know.' Wouldn't you feel uneasy? so why should infants and toddler or daycares be any different? I am writing this review in hopes you all would improve for future parents and children. read more
