Arrived at my appointment time and was almost turned away. I'm so confused appointment times are…read moregiven for when you should be there yet they stated the relevance of the time is not what it is I should arrive 15 mins early to check in. One why is check in taking 15 mins and two give me a time you want me here at. It's not my first, second or third visit I've been attending this facility so why would I need to arrive early if no paperwork etc. Front desk personnel has no sense of urgency and people skills and it comes across. Also appears that the location removed previous reviews so beware.

They almost let me die ! I chose them for my first pregnancy . I was about 6 months along with…read moreabnormal swelling and extremely bad head aches ! I told both drs on multiply occasions that I was not feeling well and I did not notice my stomach getting bigger. They would tell me you are fine. They would come the room and be back out after about 5 minutes with me and made me feel stupid when I would ask questions ! Finally I had a head ache so bad I blacked out. I had an appoint the next day but the doc was delivering a baby and the other one could not squeeze me in thank god! Their NP seen me . The first thing she did was take a tape measure to my stomach and confirmed how far along I was . She asked me if I was 29 weeks because that's what I was measuring . I was 33 I told her this and she took my blood pressure and checked the protein in my stool sample . Turns out I has full blow eclampsia ! My organs were sitting down because these two quacks wouldn't take the time if day to listen to my symptoms at any of my appointments! I was then referred to south bend memorial hospital with a doc who knew how to handle eclampsia cases and I had my son at 33 weeks two days after my appointment ! I could have been put on bed rest had it been caught a lot sooner ! Do not go to these doctors !
