Every year there is a event called "Fulda gap" where over 1,500 players from all over the world compete in a Nato VS Warsaw event. There are also vendors that shows up at fulda gap and many other events. This place has a good selection for Airsoft and paintball markers. This field also has a speedball field and host night ball every other Friday nights. I would recommend checking the field out and get active!

I have "filled out a ticket" on the account management and have not heard back from them. At this point after reading other complaints from the BBB and no one answering the phone, I think that they are scamming people on what they have left in stock. I'll have to accept that my money was stolen from me. This company used to be good about a year ago. Something happened to them, and there is a serious lack of customer service and respect (respect as in at least answering the phone or responding to emails). If you still want to risk buying from them, use a service that will refund your money if they screw you over. I made the mistake of not doing that.

The next day I log in to check on it and find it still hadn't shipped (yet their site bragged about how quickly they deliver). No big deal. THEN, I then see that the product I had ordered was now showing as "Out Of Stock"!!?? I emailed them to verify if I had, perhaps, purchased the last one or if it was on backorder and see if they could give me some answers or cancel my order. I never got a reply back from the email, so I decided to call. The phone rang and rang and finally got an automated message that said "mailbox is full". I tried calling at least 15 times throughout the day for THREE days and no answer. I see that the charge is showing on my credit card still a pending transaction. I don't know if this company went out of business, if it's a scam, or if it's run by a couple of 12 year old's. Come to find out, there are a number of complaints posted on the Better Business Bureau website (and I've added mine) about this company also and Trinity has NEVER even had the respect to respond to any of the BBB inquiries. Find a reputable company to buy your gear from and STAY AWAY from Trinity Airsoft!!

I drove there and went to the gun section in the back of the store, finding the gun in the glass case, but no employee was around. I waited for a quarter of an hour, and no one appeared. I walked around, looking for someone, and the only two employees I could find were manning the cash registers at the front of the store, and they couldn't come back to the rear and help me. I left the store very frustrated, seeing the item I wanted to buy, but not being able to buy it. For an expensive purchase like this, I want to do it in person, but this store is seriously understaffed. I had to reluctantly go somewhere else.

Called to ask if I could return a defective baseball bag called a CP Clutch baseball backpack. The…read morezippers are so cheap and thin, they snap with the simplest of pulls to open and close the bag. I spent hundreds of dollars when I bought the bag and I wanted to exchange the bag with an Easton brand bag instead and pay the $45.00 difference. I explained that to the associate on the phone and he told me that I needed the receipt, which I have, and the original bag tags and it needs to be in its original packaging ( Which I do not have because I did not know it was going to be defectively cheap.). I went back and forth with the guy on the phone which I pleaded my case for why I was returning it? Why I had no tags, that I knew he could make new tags for the bag if he really wanted to, and that he shouldn't tag and resale this bag or any of those bags because they are cheap pieces of garbage but he just kept on repeating the same thing about needing tags and a receipt or no return or exchanges. The bottom line is that you have two options. You can go to this Dunhams and deal with a guy that enjoys being a dick or you can go to DICKS and get a better return/exchange policy, better phone customer service etiquette, kinder staff, and company that is willing to up-sell you on a product in their store to make a profit. I know what my choice will be from here on out.
