When our open kitchen remodel was dragged out past the original completion date, Amber (and Hester W.C.) agreed to delay installation of our coverings to protect them from exposure to heavy dust. This was very helpful to us! The installation of all the coverings went rather quickly and smoothly, thanks to the hard work and dedication of the installers. They were very pleasant and aimed to please. Brian returned to make some slight adjustments on a few coverings for better function. When it was discovered upon installation that two woven wood coverings did not fit optimally for ease of usage, Hester replaced them with new coverings without charge. Amber facilitated this after tweaking the measurements just so slightly, but it made a big difference! The Master Bath had a tiled shower that was leaking/needed to be demo'd. Clarlyle gave me a fair estimate for completely demo'ing the tile flooring and shower tile, with the caveat that it could be more expensive depending upon how the Saltillo was set. The crew arrived and began what was almost 100% dustless removal. Upon testing the Saltillo, they determined that it would be better to grind it down rather than remove it. They removed the other tile, ground and leveled the floors, then applied thinset to them so that we could live on them while we continue demo work in the house. Professional, excellent work; we usually lay our own floors, but Clarlyle was so awesome we might just have them finish the job!

We knew the payment amount from the contract, but no due date was given. When we tried to get this information, it was like pulling teeth. We live 2 hours away and happened to be in the area and decided to stop and look. We found the building we liked, contacted Joanna, and from that very moment, everything was taken care of for us. We picked the shed and trim colors, upgraded the floor, went over door placement and loft and window options with David, agreed on a delivery date and signed the paperwork! Joanna kept us updated as it was being built, and even sent us photos of the various stages. She is very knowledgeable and was quick to get back with me with the answers to my questions, even after hours. I don't think I asked one question that she didn't have an immediate response for, which right away tells me she loves her job and helping people! DELIVERY DAY! Jeff delivered our building on time and actually called me a couple times the week of to make sure I was still good with the delivery date and time. I really appreciated that because the building was going to our new address and there were a handful of things I was juggling at the time with other deliveries. Our building came in on an 18 wheeler along with two other deliveries, and I was worried about how Jeff would get the building to the spot we wanted it, under heavy oak trees and up a rocky road quite a ways away from where the truck had to park. Jeff wasn't worried at all, and I took comfort in how he accessed the situation and took charge from there. He has a nifty little machine to move buildings into really tight spots, controlled by remote! It was actually pretty cool to watch! The entire time Jeff seemed calm and unbothered by our gasps and then sighs as he maneuvered under and around our beautiful oaks. Then he had to place the building as close to a buried septic line as possible without breaking the underground pipes. NO PROBLEM. Very impressive skills with that little machine! After the delivery and setup was complete, we inspected the building. Top notch craftsmanship! All the edges are squared and the joints are nice and tight and it is one solid building! Before he left Jeff put a level to everything one last time. All in all, should we ever need another building, and should our friends and family ever need a building, we'll all be traveling back to Simpco!!
