This is one of the best restaurants in the entire region. The chef is amazing and deserves a Michelin star for his sauces. He frequently is updating his menu with fresh, in-season local specialities and has never failed to deliver a top meal. The hostess is friendly, genuine and has a great knowledge of cuisine and wines, she is always professional. The prices are very reasonable for food of this caliber.
It is located in an old half-timbered house, is very comfortable and quaint. The ambience is fantastic. The outdoor seating unfortunately is on a busy street but the owners make up for this by having created a beautiful setting, with lots of plants flowers and a fountain. I eat there very often and have never been disappointed, and always enjoy it. If you want a true German/Swiss/French dining experience, with high quality food, pleasant people but at a very affordable price, then definitely make the effort to get to Linx. read more
