She intentionally misled me and was negligent . She was so entitled and rude . When I asked for a refund because she should have informed me at the very beginning upon my request that she cannot provide the service I am requesting, she still ignorantly chose to proceed just to make an extra $100 for herself.

By Wednesday, I had called the office multiple times trying to get answers and ensure that my medication was sent. Each time, I was given a different explanation for the delay. I eventually learned that the office was waiting on insurance authorization, even though my prescription coverage had been canceled due to being on medical leave and I would have been paying out of pocket regardless. This information was only addressed after I called repeatedly. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication and follow-through. On multiple occasions, I was placed on hold for extended periods of time. In fact, I had a similar experience just two weeks earlier, when I was left on hold until the office closed and my call was disconnected without any resolution. I understand that medical offices are busy, but patients should not have to repeatedly call to obtain medication for a confirmed infection. Delays, poor communication, and being left on hold without answers create unnecessary stress, especially when dealing with an active medical issue. I hope the office improves its processes so that future patients receive more timely communication and care.
