They charged us $299 to travel 37 min to Newark airport after our other limo company was caught in traffic. When my father (senior age) called he asked to pay before and they said "no just pay the driver" and he clarified it would be comparable to previous rates which were around $140. When we got to the airport the driver demanded $299 and said there was a last minute fee. The kicker in all of this is we asked for a pickup from them to get there earlier but they came 20 minutes later than they promised so it wasn't even faster. This company likes to scam people - AVOID!

Not a huge issue, but usually when you pre-book, I've found they usually show up a few min early. The whole reason I pre-booked with a car service instead of Uber/Lyft for early airport transport was to avoid the stress of "will the car show up". Driver was friendly and safe and got us there on-time, but it was NOT a Cadillac XTS, instead it was a minivan. Again, not a big deal, but not what I pre-booked. All in all good service, but needed to show up early (or at least on-time) and in the vehicle booked (or at least communicate ahead of time if not available) to get a 5-star.
