After contacting numerous car companies in the area to arrange a pickup from Newark, I settled happily on Five Star Luxury Limo Service. The owner was prompt in his responses, reasonably priced, and determined to do whatever was in his power to make sure that they received five star treatment! My parents were greeted at the airport by the most courteous driver ever and rode in style to my home. I haven't heard my mother gush about a car ride in years! :) I rebooked them for another service within 24 hours of the trip-- and suddenly had to cancel as my parents decided to prolong their stay. I emailed the owner to find out if it was possible to have the money refunded-- and within the hour received the nicest email informing me that it was no issue at all... what customer service!!! I used this service 3 times and all I can say is thats it is truly the best in town. To begin with the phone etiquette is very good. Scheduling is fast and easy. At first I just needed a ride to my siblings place in N.J. . The driver was courteous and the car was clean and spacious. What is usually a 3 hour commute felt like half the time. The second time my friends and I used this service to go restaurant hopping through the city. Throughout the night 5 star was right by our side and picked us up on time everytime. Again the trip was wonderful. The third time I used this luxury service was just last night for Halloween of all things! My family was with me and I have to say everyone was really happy with the door to door service, the professionalism and the manner in which our driver handled the night. I use Five Star almost 3 to 4 times a week. I usually travel from the Bronx to Queens and Manhattan to see my family and run errands. I just love the professionalism of the drivers. They are always on time and know there way around town. I take the SUV for my trips. It's always clean and very spacious inside. Booking a trip with them is super delightful. There reservations department is awesome and they take special customer requests. I usually call there reservation department in order to book last minute trips.
