From the first call, measure appointment, to installation, you get what you pay for, great product, excellent service, cordial, and friendly. We had other quotes but this was a no brainer for us, we wanted quality since we knew it was an investment for our home. We love that their polywood shutters are made in the US, and their lifetime warranty. We were anxious about the 6 weeks wait but it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you Sunburst Shutters team. We Love them!

From the owner: Sunburst Shutters was started in the early ’70s by people who believed they could make a better…read moreshutter than any other shutter on the market. Since that day, the philosophy of the company has been to offer better products and better service than anyone else. Our goal to be the best has permeated every aspect of our window treatment business, including the shopping experience itself. Sunburst was one of the first to offer a shop-at-home sales program where design professionals brought samples into the home to guide customers into selecting the best product for their home. After much research, sampling, and testing, Sunburst announced the creation of Polywood Shutters. Polywood is a synthetic material that won’t warp, crack, or split. Polywood was also designed with numerous insulating benefits, including weather stripping, solid core components, heat reflective paint, and more. Polywood shutters are 100% made in the USA: from the raw materials to the extrusion, painting and assembly.

We recently remodeled our entire home, touching every room in the house in some way. This project…read moreincluded new furniture. However, we had dining room chairs that were part of an antique set that were in the original fabrics and literally, had no foam. Midas Fabrics was lovely to work with and we now have beautiful and comfortable chairs to enjoy holiday meals on. We also had a beloved oversized chair and ottoman that we in need of love. We had searched for a replacement chair and just could not find one that we loved as much as the one we had. So off to Midas we went and once again, the project was an overwhelming success! We love the look and refresh of it and are so happy with the work. I am now looking around to see what else I might possibly need done!! LOL!!! Would recommend Midas Fabric to anyone!

5 stars for the merch: Fantastic selection of fabrics…read more MINUS 4 for the customer experience: Subpar to say the least. The lady at the store was dismissive and treated us like folks who walked in by mistake. From the moment we walked in (no hello, no greeting, just a blank and cold stare) to her assuming right off the bat that we wanted premade drapes ("we don't sell premade drapes"), it was a case study in how to NOT treat customers. It took us having to literally prove to her with pictures of our windows that we were seriously in the market for drapes. She was not willing to share even basic information like the price range for different fabric options nor was she willing to even talk about the types of options available. Her tone, tenor and attitude clearly said "I don't care for you". It was only after we told her the color of our walls by sharing the Sherwin Williams color code / name did she realize we weren't turnips that fell off the back of a truck. Up until that point she was dismissive to say the least. Even assuming we were just browsing, imagine if she had presented the brand, the store and the offerings in a positive and vibrant manner. In today's digital first world, why would you ignore and insult customers who drive across town and walk into your store? It was very clear that we were not welcome and she made no attempt to even mask it. Her loss will be another store's gain! Stay away from this store unless you like to be treated like yesterday's bread. To the owners: I hope you recognize and respect that customers come in as many shades as your fabric display!
