We had Brad visit for a quote to replace shades. It would require some electrical work. They gave me a quote. There was some confusion about who was in charge of getting electrical work done. I thought this company was managing the vendor they recommended. They thought I was handling it even though I only had a general idea what needed to be done. Well 3 months later they called me to ask if I wanted to do the work. I said I would think about it. I would have preferred that they call me a few weeks later to see what I wanted to do. We'll probably work with an authorized dealer instead.
