Sara and Mick are amazing! Sara has been been my hair stylist for about 5 years. My kids will only let her cut their hair. My best friend and his partner switched from their long time barber to her. My boyfriend switched from his long time barber to her and even my my long time Coworker of ten years switched to Sara and she cuts his very young sons hair. My boyfriend set up a Mother's Day surprise and took me to see Sara at got split ends I went in for a bayalage we were 30 minutes late so she said all she can do is highlights I know it was our fault for being late and anything was better than my hair now so she sloped on the highlights and let me sit to process and went and did another clients highlights for one my hair was virgin hair hasn't been touched in over a year and a half no color or anything in it for two this is my first time going to her so she has no idea how quickly or slow my hair processes well while she was doing her other clients hair she never once came and checked on my process when she was finished with her hair she came and looked at mine and said it's time to wash it she took a long time washing it and I felt something wasn't right like maybe she needed toner or something then she said she wants to do a dry cut on me she's going to put me under the dryer which I also thought was very strange.. dry cut?? And not even blow drying it but putting me under the dryer she also combed my hair at the sink instead of the chair well when I was under the dryer my boyfriend said wow babe it's very blonde I pulled my phone out to look ran my fingers through my hair to see it and when I pulled my hand away it was covered in hair I instantly knew she fried my hair and she knew it all along too but chose not to say anything I confronted her and she stood there looking at me like I am stupid and said nooo it's just your ends I pull a chunk out and showed her it's definitely not just the ends she said my hair was damaged to begin with (yes I had dead ends needed my hair trimmed and snapped) it wasn't falling out at the roots due to over processing then she said it isn't that bad and proceeded to tell me i needed a cut anyways and my hair was already damaged never once did she apologize or take accountability for what she had done she continued to make excuses and talk to me like I am stupid and basically blame my hair she offered to do a treatment which was a travel size leave in conditioner from Walmart and to cut my hair for one you already fried my hair what in your right mind makes you think I will let you butcher my hair with them scissors I left a review on her page and she blocked all reviews now so here I am making reviews everywhere else so she can't delete them I have pleanty of before and after pictures I will be posting as well due to this I have already had to spend 100s of dollars on trying to fix it and miss work (i bartend and work for tips so I lost about 300$) the night she did it because it was so severely fried and I couldn't even brush it out she has yet to apologize or offer any way to fix it thank you Sara for being a really terrible person i wouldn't recommend her to anyone ever!!!!! Not to mention the color is absolutely awful some parts are sooooo white others yellow and gold it's blends horribly and looks atrocious read more
