I ordered 2 Xmas ornaments from this company on 11/13/2020 so they would be here on time and today, 12/29/2020, they show a status of still in production. I emailed them a week before Xmas, it's a generic email selection why it's late and they used Covid as an excuse. Said as soon as it went to shipping I would be notified. Then yesterday I used that same generic email to cancel my order since they were Xmas gifts and got what seems like a generic reply, that cancellation is not allowed once in production. They apologize for the delay, that my order should be SHIPPED OUT BY 12/11/2020!!!! . Yesterday was 12/28/2020!!! This company is a total scam. If I could give them a minus rating, I would. I ordered a shirt from them on Aprill 22nd. The delivery was supposed to be 5-15 business days. Today is June 2nd and I'm still waiting. When I email them I get a "computer-generated" response that they're busy with orders. If a company can't fill the demand, don't accept more orders and take the customer's money. Good thing this wasn't a gift for someone. They have refunded 50% of my payment to them, but today I told them to refund the balance and cancel the order because it took too long and I no longer need the item. I tried to call them but was put on hold and never got a human to talk to. They also go under the name of Milion, so beware!!! Terrible company. I bought a "Quarantine Birthday" shirt from them over 30 days in advance of the birthday and it estimated delivery in 7 days. It has now been over 45 days and the shirt still hasn't been received, I just got an email yesterday that they have shipped it. It's completely useless now that his birthday has passed. I emailed about that to the company and they sent me a generic form letter that wasn't even fitting to my complaint. I then responded to it and got another generic letter that (again) wasn't pertinent. I originally ordered a TEACHER 2020 white mug and tee shirt for my daughter. The tee shirt showed up first and it was fine. I then received a mug that was wrong. I got a white SENIOR 2020 mug instead of the TEACHER 2020. I filed a claim and they responded by sending my a replacement mug. HOWEVER, I got a BLACK SENIOR 2020 mug instead of the original white TEACHER mug. I AGAIN notified them and yesterday they sent me a replacement mug! HOWEVER! Finally received order over a month and a half late... was the wrong size. Do NOT do business with this company. There is no way of contacting them about problems. My nephew is one of the quarantined senior class whose graduation ceremony may not even happen, so when I saw the fun tees Gossgear was offering I decided to get him one that had toilet paper rolls for the zeros in 2020. I selected Classic Tee, it showed me a ton of color options, so I selected gray to show the tp rolls clearly, not seeing that the shirt style had been changed to a Woman's Classic because of the color choice. I put in my nephew's name and address for shipping, then my credit card number, hit next expecting to be asked for a billing name and address, and instead got a message saying "thanks for your order of a gray woman's classic tee". It also showed the billing name and address as my nephew's! My immediate response was to go down to their form and request my order be cancelled. The form did NOT allow you to put in the order number, so I get an email from them a few days later (addressed to "Eli" because of course they don't have my name because they didn't ask) with a link that is supposed to allow me to then cancel my order. Okay, click the link, put in my order number, it does NOT give me the option to cancel, only shows me that my order is already processing and can be expected to ship soon. I responded to the email explaining the problem, hoping to get a response saying that, although it's too late to cancel, we can alter the order to a classic tee. NOPE. Another email simply saying, too bad you didn't act sooner if you knew it was wrong. Enjoy your order! I reply again. PLEASE change the order to a male-appropriate shirt. Reply was basically too bad about us sending you the wrong item, hope things are happier next time! I ordered a Mother's Day blanket in early May off another company at this same address, off a Facebook ad. Cool Family Tee was supposed to ship product within 5-10 days but was told there would be a delay due to COVID. Thought it would be maybe 2 weeks. It's been a month and order just says "Product has been printed" Huh? It's not a piece of paper. The number listed takes you to a recording with 2 options, status or refund. I want the product shipped. When I called in mid May recording said it would ship late May early June. Called late last week was told 5 days called again today 5 days. Tee Chip and Cool Trendy Tee also listed at same address. No option to speak to real person. Complaint has been made with Oregon AG's office. This is the worst company I have had the experience to deal with, its almost impossible to reach anyone on the phone once they " take your money". I purchased both the daughter and son "blankets". These "blankets" are thin enough to see through, and are not blankets at all but similar to an infants swaddle garment in both size and thickness. The price isn't any where close to the poor quality of these thinly/poorly made "blankets". The company explained since it was "personalized", I'm not sure how a son/daughter imprint makes a garment personalized. The company explained they would not refund personalized garment. I will repost this information "everywhere" to save other innocent victims. It's sad when a company refuses to stand behind their product, however they aren't afraid to price it. I spent $60 on two shirts, 30 days ago, says they ship in five. Haven't seen them, website says they're still being printed. The phone number for the business has two options: input your order number and it'll tell you it's being processed, or go online to see if you're even eligible for a refund. Which apparently I'm not. Very disappointed in their customer service during time of pandemic. Ordered a shirt (just a generic nothing no personalization) that will not arrive in time for the event needed. They were unwilling to issue a refund or cancel my order due to their "policies". Policies can be altered especially during these times of uncertainty. I own a small business and issued refunds to my clients when they asked even though it is against our normal policy. I would NOT recommend Gossgear as a company to do business with right now. On 10 th business day it still wasn't printed according to my order number on their web site.
