The woman working the desk was friendly and helpful. It took about 10 days for them to get my embroidery done, which simply putting my name on a polo. I felt that was a bit long considering how simple the job was. But I do not know what they had going on, so I wont judge too much. Anyway, there is free street parking available out front of the store. It may be a bit difficult to find a spot sometimes, but I never had a problem. My embroidery was very nice. I really liked how it turned out. This is a decent spot to have your embroidery needs met.
