This is a family owned business run by honest, hard-working people. I had recently moved to El Paso…read moreand needed washers and dryers. I didn't feel like buying new, because used appliances can be a great bargain if bought from a reputable place that refurbishes them. If you're looking for used washers/dryers, this is THE place in El Paso. I bought a pair of washers and dryers and the prices were very reasonable. The machines were also in amazing shape. They were clean and in great working order. I think they may be the most clean I've ever seen for used appliances. I didn't even see a scratch in most of the ones I was looking at. They deliver to your house as well, and it was within a few days. I bought the pair on a Saturday, and they delivered on a Monday. (Because they don't work on Sundays, which I support) I've had one minor problem when they delivered the washer. It was making a strange noise, and I only discovered it after the delivery was made. I called them back to investigate the issue, and they promptly came back to my house and investigated the washer on the spot, then took it away. They told me they were very sorry and that this was unusual. After a few days, they delivered the washer back to me and sat there to test it fully to ensure no other issues would happen. Since then I've been using my washer and dryers for more than a year, and I'm happy to report they work fine. I've had no problems with them. Go support this honest local business! You'll save some money and you'll get great service in return. Amazing family and I'm happy to have done business with them!

I have had my dryer over a year and it works great. The refrigerator I bought conked out and needed some replacement parts. Sergio is as good as his word. He has been over twice to fix my fridge. He immediately responded and came to the house the next day. He fixed and cleaned the dryer in less than an hour! I was impressed! Before calling David, we looked at videos online to try and fix/open up the dryer but forget it! The videos were too complex. The dryer has a ton of screws! The total cost was $90. The prices are $50 and up depending on what's needed. Let me tell you, $90 is definitely cheaper than buying a new dryer. I'm not sure if he fixes other appliances. I am thinking he does. I won't hesitate to call him again for any issues with the washer or dryer. Hopefully there won't be anymore. I highly recommend David's Appliances. The dryer is working like new!
