A few weeks ago me and my boyfriend had a run in on the highway with a very dangerous driver. We had just gotten off work from landscaping up in vail, and on our way home a Tacoma with 3 ladders on the back pulled up next to our car flipping us off and waving a MAGA hat. At first we were just stunned and confused, but he continued to swerve on the road and then sped up and cut off multiple cars, only missing them by an inch, to get off the exit as to make sure we couldn't follow them. While on the way off the exit we looked over as they continued to stare us down and flip us off, with no regard to the fact that he was driving. Fast forward to today, as we were up valley working again. I was getting ready to plant some flowers, and when I turned around was stunned when I saw his truck again in the driveway. Of course me and my boyfriend had to confront him as what he did was beyond dangerous, and honestly just ignorant. After admitting that he only did it because we have Oregon plates, and because he's "a trump supporter", we told him that it was very unnecessary and that he put other people's lives at risk because he wanted to make a point. We were then told by someone who is more personal with him, that he has had a drinking problem, and he possibly could've been drunk while driving. I absolutely cannot condone this behavior, especially when he is supposed to be serving the great people in eagle county. I also would like to point out that I am in no way political, and am more appalled by the disregard for other people on the road. If you plan on doing business with MAGIC TOUCH window washing I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

We had 5 neighbors on the schedule for window cleaning. The brothers cleaned ONE condo's windows…read morethen left, never to return. Everyone gave up their afternoon just to stick around for a no show. Terrible customer service. The guys were arrogant and plain rude, explaining that they were accustomed to working in large luxury homes. The others were left out in the mix and they didn't bother to notify them or communicate to them that their windows would not get done. They did however do a fine job on the glass cleaning on the ONE unit. We will never call on them again.
