Their pricing is very fair--because let's be honest, no one enjoys paying for car repairs--but their 3-year/36,000-mile warranty (whichever comes last) really helps ease the sting. That kind of coverage is practically unheard of. The service advisors are always friendly and take the time to clearly explain what's going on with my car, which I really appreciate since I'm not very car-savvy. They're also honest about what services are actually needed and don't try to upsell me on unnecessary work like dealerships often do. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Christian Brothers to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable place for auto repairs.

This was after we paid, a week earlier, $2400 for a brake job on the same vehicle! We paid the diagnostic charge of $160 and took our truck home latch not fixed. I originally asked them to coordinate with a dealership in Navasota, TX, to perform a pre-sale inspection. They did inform me of a Check Engine light, but told me it was related to a faulty hood latch. This turned out not to be the issue. Instead, it actually deals with the Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR)/NOx reduction system reporting levels below acceptable levels. While I can't specifically prove that they were derelict in their diagnosis, I find it hard to believe that they didn't catch this issue. I bought an OBD II scanner on Amazon and discovered the problem right away. They were professional and courteous, which should me lauded, but I'm still disappointed this issue wasn't caught during the inspection.
