She didn't say goodbye. She didn't say kiss my a&$, She just hung up on me. I called back and she put me on hold. Forever! I called again and asked to speak to the manager and unbelievably, She transferred me to someone named Brian. He was dismissive and talked over me. I highly doubt this girl will ever be counseled about her bad behavior. Unbelievable! I've been going to Somo for many years and I will never ever go back in there again. Customer service is absolutely dead.

It's not often that small businesses impress me enough to sit down and write a review on my…read moreexperience. I just had to get an emergency tire replacement. I called and they had the used part in stock for a very fair price and the labor cost less than the dog treats I picked up during the short wait in their store. I've never had a shop put on a tire in less time and the building is clean and comfortable; the lady working the counter and the mechanic seemed like kind, genuine people. I will always call them first after today, and would suggest that anyone in the area in need of tires do the same.

Service is a little hard to come by unless you are in the clothing area. Speaking of clothing,…read morequite a few items are priced higher than what can be purchased at the bigger box store so if you are wanting to watch your pocket book, shop around a bit for your clothing. On the other side of the isle, hardware and other accessories, this is where it gets a little tricky. If you can find someone they do know their "stuff". Issue is finding and getting them to stop to listen. Now, the repair and parts counter area I have visited a few times and they did get what I needed but they tend to gravitate to the old timers and regulars to visit about Aunt Bea and Opie before acknowledging the more unfamiliar face. When you talk to them it's usually unpleasant as in they are doing you a huge favor by just speaking to you. Moving to the equipment outside. We were poised to purchase several gates and panels however there were no prices to be found on the products and the website is of no help whatsoever as far as pricing of said items go. As far as shopping with Race Brothers in the future, yes we will still come by for chemicals and sprays and the occasional pair of gloves. Please by all means keep shopping this great store and supporting local businesses. This review is just one opinion based on years of off and on visits.

I would give them a ZERO if I could…read more Unfortunately, I won't spend my hard earned money at a store who refuses me, the customer, access to their bathroom. Their 'excuse' started with: "We don't have a public bathroom" I pressed that I was about to have an accident and needed a restroom, and that I was a paying customer, not 'the public'. Their response? "Our bathrooms are not ADA compliant". As IF I needed ADA compliance, I certainly was not in a wheelchair or other needs for access. In fact, I was looking right at their bathroom as this conversation transpired. If you aren't going to allow bathroom use to your customer, I won't spend my money there. It's just this thing called customer service Went thru this in Tucson, with all the drug addicts and homeless. Tucson started securing bathrooms. Kind of ridiculous here if you ask me. Guess I will spend MY hard earned cash elsewhere. Goodbye, Champion . You seem more like a LOSER to me. C'est la vie.

I do not recommend this business for buying or trading a John Deere. In fact, I tried twice to make…read morea purchase for a new John Deere mower. The first time was a very low ball offer and the second they were taking a trade in for free and still tried to charge me $400 more than the new tractor was listed for online. Needless to say I didn't sign any contract and now I'm wasting a $25,000 credit line with JD because of shady business practices of Heritage Tractor in Rogersville, MO. I will be sending a letter to John Deere and the MO AG about the deceptive practices. But I know buying a JD is a big deal to a lot of people and dealing with these shady people does nothing good for the brand. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you need a tractor serviced or buying parts. The Sales situation is beyond bad.
