I highly doubt this girl will ever be counseled about her bad behavior. Unbelievable! I've been going to Somo for many years and I will never ever go back in there again. I called and they had the used part in stock for a very fair price and the labor cost less than the dog treats I picked up during the short wait in their store. I've never had a shop put on a tire in less time and the building is clean and comfortable; the lady working the counter and the mechanic seemed like kind, genuine people. I will always call them first after today, and would suggest that anyone in the area in need of tires do the same.

When you talk to them it's usually unpleasant as in they are doing you a huge favor by just speaking to you. Moving to the equipment outside. We were poised to purchase several gates and panels however there were no prices to be found on the products and the website is of no help whatsoever as far as pricing of said items go. As far as shopping with Race Brothers in the future, yes we will still come by for chemicals and sprays and the occasional pair of gloves. Their 'excuse' started with: "We don't have a public bathroom" I pressed that I was about to have an accident and needed a restroom, and that I was a paying customer, not 'the public'. Their response? "Our bathrooms are not ADA compliant". As IF I needed ADA compliance, I certainly was not in a wheelchair or other needs for access. In fact, I was looking right at their bathroom as this conversation transpired. If you aren't going to allow bathroom use to your customer, I won't spend my money there. It's just this thing called customer service Went thru this in Tucson, with all the drug addicts and homeless. Tucson started securing bathrooms. Kind of ridiculous here if you ask me. It is constructed of 12 welded wire panels that have to be bolted together. It comes with a gray premade tarp that fits the 4 x 8' footprint of the kennel. The primary purpose was to keep a 55 lbs. dog in it. It lasted less than 48 hours. A medium size dog was able to chew through the welded wiring. After further inspection the welds on this cage are lacking. I have stored the same dog in multiple wire cages and kennels over the years and have never had this issue. I would not recommend this product to anybody. I would not recommend anybody doing business with this store. It took several days to finally get somebody to answer me on the phone as to what they would do to help me with my situation. By the time I was able to get an answer I have missplace the receipt. Without a receipt they're not even willing to take it in for exchange. I asked them to at least look for my credit card number I used. They claimed they did not have a way to search for purchase since I used a credit card. So I'm suck with a worthless pen. I'm disgusted with the lack of resolve and the lack of willingness to rectify the situation. They're not even willing to entertain anything. Thanks for taking my 300.00 bucks Orscheln's!
