Unprofessional, Rude, and Completely Disrespectful - STAY FAR AWAY…read more If you are hoping to find a legal team that offers professionalism, empathy, or even basic courtesy--this is absolutely NOT the place. Save yourself the emotional stress and your money. I originally paid the $450 consultation fee weeks ago and spoke with the attorney over Zoom. When I called back recently-- genuinely ready to move forward--I was met with an incredibly rude and dismissive staff member. She kept interrupting me to mention the $450 consultation fee, not even giving me the chance to explain that I had already paid it and completed the consultation. Her only concern seemed to be repeating that number over and over again, as if it were the only thing that mattered. Then, without even hearing the details of my case or confirming the attorney's availability, she immediately brought up a $6,000 minimum retainer fee. I was calling for next steps to officially hire the attorney I had already spoken to. Instead, I was treated like I was calling for the first time, and clearly like a burden. When I asked when the attorney would be available, she had no idea. I asked repeatedly for her name--she refused to give it. At one point, she put me on mute and ignored me. After pressing her again, she finally asked for my name, phone number, and court date... only to come back and tell me the attorney wasn't available for my date anyway. This experience was frustrating, upsetting, and completely unprofessional. It was like they had no record or interest in actually helping someone who had already paid and was ready to move forward. This law office is clearly not in the business of helping people. They are in the business of collecting fees and turning away clients. If you want to be heard, respected, or guided--go anywhere else.

We resolve cases as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. You will not be pressured into a trial or needless lengthy negotiation just so we can bill additional hours.
