Even though I am an attorney and thought the complaints to be baseless, not being familiar with the intricacies of the professional licensing disciplinary process, I felt it advisable to have competent representation. I found Mr. Stafford and after consultation, engaged his services. Throughout the process, which was unnecessarily protracted due to the inefficiency of the licensing agency, Mr. Stafford and his staff were professional, supportive and most importantly, effective. Should you find yourself in need of defending yourself against a professional license complaint, I wholeheartedly encourage you to consult with Mr. Stafford.

Before the consultation, I paid the required fee, completed the contractual agreements, and submitted documents supporting my complaint. Unfortunately, Mr. Stafford appeared unprepared for the consultation. Based on the questions he asked, I was left with the impression that the documents I submitted had not been thoroughly reviewed in advance. He concluded that I did not have a sufficient claim. I later consulted with two other attorneys who disagreed with his assessment. In addition, my employer has since acknowledged that I was treated improperly. Some of the guidance I received during the consultation also appeared outdated and was inconsistent with the information subsequently provided by other legal professionals. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Mr. Stafford's legal services, particularly for EEO-related matters. Anyone seeking employment-law representation may be better served by contacting their local bar association or another attorney-referral service to locate counsel with relevant, current experience.

I am sad to be writing this but i cant help but feel we should of fought til the very end, not settle because the defendant wanted to. He advised us it was the best thing to do because we had no idea what the judge would rule. The favor was towards us, we did everything right, we had amount of overnights, ( which he said she said didnt apply, this is based on calculations and what we would be awarded) parenting classes everything!!! 6 months chad!!! and we have everything we had before, and are still in debt.
