I highly recommend him to anyone in the El Paso area. Regardless of what other reviews say. He is very professional about his work and is always willing to help those in need. Not only is he a great lawyer. He is a very kind and empathetic human being which is more important than just being a lawyer. I will always be grateful for his help.

This is about our rights & our freedom that are at stake, so I'm speaking from the heart with this…read morereview of the services that I received from Attorney Sergio Saldivar's Law Office. There are several possible outcomes that vary, some really bad, some not so great outcomes that you can get as a result in your own case & it all depends on the attorney that you choose. Of course, it's a no-brainer that out of all the possible outcomes in our cases, we all want the best possible outcome for our very own case. The best possible outcome for my case is exactly what I received as a result of having Mr. Sergio Saldivar's Law Office representing me. Not only was it the best outcome possible, but it was also a way better outcome than I could have expected. This is because Mr. Saldivar is a true, intelligent, knowledgeable, experienced, seasoned, well-respected & well-regarded attorney in El Paso. This was very evident in court, where there was an obvious mutual respect & professional esteem between Mr. Saldivar & other members of the court in my case. Mr. Sergio Saldivar was very professional & efficient with his time & management of the many details & actions in my case. I don't have the patience for salesmen or people who double talk or give you the run around, which is why I was very fortunate in having hired Mr. Sergio Saldivar's Law Office to represent me in my case. Mr. Sergio Saldivar was very direct, matter of fact & truthful in his communications to me throughout my case as it progressed & as he managed my case throughout the court process. During this whole process, I was also able to speak with others who had the same or very similar circumstances in their own ongoing cases, but in the end, some of them received much worse outcomes, as well as varied outcomes amongst different people that I spoke with as a consequence of the attorneys that they hired. This highlighted to me how fortunate I was in having Sergio Saldivar's Law Office representing me. I've had other attorneys in the past & I had spoken to other attorneys before hiring Mr. Sergio Saldivar's Law Office for my case & I can tell you, definitively, that if I had gone with any other attorney I'd be completely & totally regretting it right now because the outcome would have been very different, I just know it, now that hindsight is 20/20. I appreciate & esteem Mr. Sergio Saldivar's Law Office for all of their very hard work & legal due diligence executed in my case & now I can move forward in life & enjoy my freedom. Thank you Mr. Sergio Saldivar Law Office! God Bless all of you.

Sergio Saldivar is one of the best attorneys I've had!!!!…read more I would like to start this off by saying Sergio Saldivar is one of the best attorneys that I've had and I can say I've had a few. What makes her stand out from the rest is how, me as a client, actually felt like I was in good hands, even though I was looking at more years than I am old, I never worried and I know that's because of Sergio Saldivar. He answered all my questions and helped me all the way throughout the process. Unlike a lot of attorneys that just take your money and disappear and do not care at all about the client or the case. I feel that Mr. Saldivar actually cared and really listened when I talked, we were even able to share a couple laughs. I cant be more satisfied with the results of my case and I would recommend Attorney Sergio Saldivar to any and everyone seeking proper counsel. I would not trust my life in anyone elses hands. Thank you, Sergio, I owe you my life. Or at least 39 years of it.

I put my faith in this firm, they lied, and only cared about money, they do not care about there clients. If I could leave zero stars on this review I would. My initial contact with the attorney was free, he assured that I had a case and that if I made my payment right away they would start on the case immediately. After I made payment I was assigned to a callous attorney who had no people skills. She shared that our case was a long shot. I asked why that was not mentioned in my initial call and she said she didn't know but payment had already been processed no refunds. I was already 5K in so decided to continue. I had anxiety for months due to working with them. Crying daily as I always had to reach out for updates. I expected them to be experts in their trade and this was not the case. Responses to my questions where never clear, the only clear thing was that I would be charged for any and all questions. They lack professionalism and organization. Please if you are looking for an attorney you need someone who cares and who is going to fight for you. Someone who knows what they are doing. This firm lacks customer service, professionalism, empathy, sympathy, and overall common sense! My child custody case was lost due to this incompetent law firm.
