That was not what happened. 1) I had a hard time getting Samantha to respond to my inquiries and concerns. 2) Staff had constantly forgotten conversions, informed me last minute of hearings, and I had to constantly follow-up w/recap emails so future matters will be addressed. They never did. 3) They spent all the money and deposit running in circles on administration errors and addressing the needs of the opposing counsel rather than working on my case.
