High turnover, poor medical, office, admin and medication support and communication. The center just doesn't have the staff to cover all of their clients and it is breaking the mentally ill, when it should be supporting them, during this trying time. I also agree with the other review who had a visit with a "very old man" who said she was " misdiagnosed and a drug addict" that would actually be Dr. Spurber of McLean Hospital and I can attest he is bonkers. They have one amazing NP that I have had a consult with. They now have one psychiatrist and 3 NPs, they dont really "do" on-call.

Therapist wasn't great either: wouldn't help stay on the topic I came in for, wouldn't give me "homework" or helpful suggestions of things to try between appointments.
