When we got to our lane our table wasn't bussed there was trash and food from the previous guest, in good faith we continued to bowl and after one round all of our balls we're stuck when we noticed we told an employee and they were on it after awhile of waiting one of us decided to continue his turn (no one told us to stop bowling) and the light turned on when he threw his ball so we thought all was well, moments later a lady comes at us being extremely rude and we had no clue as to why. Apparently someone was working on the machine when he threw the ball but we had no knowledge of that. We were very apologetic toward the situation and continued our conversation when the lady left... then she came back and continued to attempt to egg us on aswell as telling us we can leave mind you our whole group was very calm this whole time.. 4minutes pass and our game gets stuck again we tell staff and stop bowling. The same lady comes back with even more attitude telling us we can happily report her unprovoked! At this point we just wanted a refund from this terrible experience we spent 50$ on the game and only got 22$ back we paid 28$ for 5min of bowling, we left and they refused to give us the name of the lady and decided to go to another bowling alley with better service. 1/10 wouldn't recommend

After being failed by the smaller guy, Winona Bowl, Westgate was my last hope! I get there, it was packed!! I knew it. But I go up to the counter. The guy, Zach, sees me and says, "Just one second please." I waited and he says, "Hi! Welcome. What can I do for you?" I said, "We just got kicked out of Winona Bowl for no reason bc I'm not a student. I am a law student, but not a WSU student. Please, we just wanted to bowl one game. Do you have ANYTHING available." "Oh. Not at the moment but I can take your name. It might be 10-15 minutes." "Ok, I said, "That's fine. I'll wait." I went to notify my little sister that we'd need to wait but that we could stay. I turned to head back to his counter and he was coming to look for me. "We have a lane for you right over here!!" "Wow," I said, "Already?? That was fast!" "Yup. Here ya go!" We all then went to get shoes turned to head over to bowl. He said "You gals have fun. Anything else we can do for you, please let me know. I'll be right up here." I was sooo surprised at how flippant he was. I said, "This is not what I was told on the phone. We planned on this night and bowling. Someone just told me it was ok. Where is he? The bathrooms at their old location downtown were always the kind where after walking in you wanted to devise a way to do your business without actually touching anything in the bathroom. This rich tradition has remained in place. The men's bathroom at this location was the grossest I've seen in some time. How bad? My shoe actually came off because the floor was so sticky with urine and God knows what else.
