She always takes the time to discuss every detail with you and never promotes unnecessary procedures. She educates and strongly encourages preventative care. Based on our conversation, they would be happy to see him, but there's no point right now. They made me and my Mother feel very safe and comfortable. The office manager was also very helpful and patient as she investigated and explained all the insurance coverages and costs involved. Not a single procedure was done without us being fully aware of any and all out-of-pocket costs. I can't express how much I appreciate that kind of transparency. Friendly and organized front desk staff. No attitude, not condescending, not pushy. They will even work with you and call you if there is a cancellation to fit you in according to your schedule. 3. Great dentists. My husband ( and numerous friends who recommended this practice, see Dr. Mully and sing his praises as kind and gentle.) For those wimps like my husband who either can't take pain or want to get high...this practice offers nitrous oxide (or laughing gas in laymans terms). Just this September a new associate was hired. You are not going to believe this one. The new dentist's name is Tully. That's right.... MULLY & TULLY.. LOL LOL. Anyway, I saw Dr. Tully. Loved him. I was a patient for around 5 years. I had selected one of their dentist I wanted as my dentist. I…read moreonly ever saw her for 1 or 2 appointments and was switched without my consent to the primary dentist. My insurance would cover 2 cleanings a year, they wanted me to do 4. I told them I would only do what was covered and was told they would code it differently to cover all 4. Which they did until last Nov. Also I had a spot that I thought was a chipped filling, after a year of cleanings they finally noticed it. Turned out it was a major cavity. They claim to be pain free. Went for a periodontal cleaning with numbing. The one session I had to be numbed twice (at least my neck was numbed not my jaw so much) and then they decided to touch-up the other side that had been done previously (no numbing). I had been meaning to find another dentist and when they coded my cleaning differently and it was not covered AND they would not admit to making a mistake. Now they are turning it over to their lawyer for $80. If you go there don't plan on seeing the same staff, it seams like it's a revolving door (confirmed by a past employee)
