Over last 3-4 years I have seen three attempts to run a pizza shop from these premises. First one I once walked in to see manager washing top of oven with dripping mop he was using to mop the floors - they soon disappeared late one night without notice. Second was constantly attended by remote owner calling in to check sales with calculator in front of customers - they didn't last long either... too greedy no doubt.
But since "Goody's" moved in the service, GENUINE friendliness, and pizza quality has been excellent. No patronising evident, more than a few customers are greeted readily by first name. Important to me, watch and you will appreciate the staffs clean food handling training in practice. Always busy.
One will have personal preferences from time to time that vary a little from each pizza shop one calls in to but be assured this shop managed by primary shift manager John is worth the trying.
Good list of BOTH classic and gourmet pizzas and other meal dishes at what I call very good prices. If in the area do try this pizza shop. Regards from a happy mature aged pizza muncha! read more
