The service was not great and all the families seemed to be put upstairs and out the way. I don't mind being upstairs but the layout for those with prams was ridiculous. We had to struggle upstairs with a stroller and the hostess quite blunt and rude when I asked if there was a lift. During our time there - 4 wrong orders came up to our table. The wait staff seemed to have no idea what table numbers were where and were generally not that attentive. The food was good but all was luke warm and I suspect it too has also been around the restaurant a couple of times, before finally finding our table. Overall I was quite disappointed and won't be back.
