Matt went above and beyond what most employees do these days, and I truly appreciate his honesty. I…read morehad previously been told by another tire shop and a dealership that my tire was unfixable and needed to be replaced. There was a visible nail in the tread, but Matt took the time to assess it carefully and determined it was only a fragment that had not actually punctured the tire. Because of his thoroughness and integrity, I avoided an unnecessary repair or replacement. That kind of honesty is rare and speaks volumes about his character. In a time when it can feel like some businesses prioritize quotas over customers, Matt chose to do the right thing. It's qualities like his that earn trust and long-term loyalty. I will absolutely continue to patronize this Discount Tire location because of Matt's integrity and outstanding customer service. Linda Smith 2025 Honda Odyssey

Since this was close by, I decided to give these guys a chance. These guys were recommended by some friends who had purchased a few tires in the past and they were all happy with their experiences. I was not in the market to shell out bundles of cash for a new set of four tires, I opted for 2 used tires by Michelin. They had lots of tread left, one had been plugged, but they looked good, and matched what I had. These guys took the time to remove my 2 tires, mount, balance, and install the new "used" tires, and all this was done very quickly without any waiting. The bonus was I kept the best of the worse should I need it in the future. You will not find brand new tires here, but you will find very good values for suitable tires that will meet your current needs. 4 Stars for the "Fat Boy" NCFoodGuy
