I scheduled an appointment online. They called me to change the time. What they failed to inform me was they are also going to do all these upgrade to my oil change without me knowing. I could not believe an oil change would take almost 2 hours but it did. They also said my car needed an alignment. How can a 2023 car that isn't even 1 year old need an alignment already? I had them do the alignment. Got the car back and when I got home it was leaking oil on my driveway. I took it back and confronted them about both the invoice and the oil. They said the car wasn't leaking and they did not fix the invoice. I would Highly recommend you go somewhere else for an oil change. read more

I got a flat tire at the Kwik Trip. They directed me to the Cass location of Goodyear. The man that "helped" me made me feel like I should be kissing his behind for squeezing me in. It was 11am. I asked if they could get it done before 1pm when I had to work. He put his hands over his head waving. Hey I told you I should be so happy he is helping me and I should be grateful for what I get. I had to bother my sister who stays at home with her young children. She had to pick me up and drop me off for work. Goodyear called me at 130p. The mechanic said I had a list of other things wrong with my car, would I like those worked on? I said no cuz the man I talked with told me I should thank my lucky stars they changed my flat. So if this man only discussed things with me I might have drove my car to work but I had to disrupt my sister's day. Just an all around bad experience. read more

Made an appointment yesterday through goodyear website to have 3 free inspections done, which, within those free checks, they should have been able to find the issue I was wondering about, which is a vibration at 70mph. Nooooooo, they want $55+ to test drive it ... that isn't included in the free services. He didn't say "we can forgo the test drive and do it free" noooooo. I would have done business there, but they needed me to sign for a $55 test drive?!? ffs I had a friend tell me they try to cheat and fudge, and still gave them a chance, and sure enough, counter guy tried bending me over. I really feel bad for the little old lady that goes in there, I'm sure they're overcharged. I was ready to buy a set of 4 tires and whatever else was needed to solve my issue .... but before they even get the key, they want you to sign on the line I must pay $55. Find another shop, these guys are jokers .... old fashioned bait & switch! So, then I call corporate to complain and get satisfied .... at 12:40pm CST, I get a message "we're observing summer hours, please call back tomorrow". Another call, and they told me that corporate is only working half days. Screams volumes, doesn't it? NOBODY IN THIS COMPANY GIVES A RIP .... I'd be willing to bet they will be out of business in short order as far as "service". Sell tires and know your roll. read more

Very bad customer service, bunch of liars. over charged but half the job done. Made an appointment 2 weeks before for an oil and serpentine belt replacement since this was very close to my place and I am very new to this town. When I went at 8, i was asked to leave the car and will be ready in the evening. 8 hours for an oil and serpentine belt change? when I asked who takes 8 hours for this simple job, then the guy asked me to come back at 10 to pick. He called on my phone promptly at 9:55 telling me that my car is ready. This was only the good part of this whole experience. He had replaced only serpentine belt but not A/C belt (may be i wasn't specific on the phone, I blame myself) My Mustang has 2 belts. I was assuming they change both. Labor was 140$ just for one belt. When i asked about it he was reluctant to do it telling me that its OEM part and can't do it. I requested i can go and bring it from dealer. he said they won't put any parts brought by a customer. It may be the store policy. but on paper they had indicated tire pressure checked, which wasn't. oil life was not reset. when confronted about false numbers on paper, he said, technician might have forgotten. really? then why claim on paper if job was not done? not going back again. read more

I've had to replace two air intake regulators now and Goodyear has gotten it done for me both times. They get it done in a decent amount of time and now I have better quality pieces in my tires. I haven't had any issues with them so far. read more

Horrible service. My oil change took two hours, which an oil change should only take about half an hour. The staff was very rude to me and my boyfriend, they talked to me as if I was stupid and knew nothing. The only plus I have is that the price was not bad, but that does not make up for the horrible experience I had here. I will not be returning here for my next oil change or ever. read more

Rude and condescending when I dropped off my car, I should have just walked right out. Took my car in for a flat repair and was told they couldn't fix it. No reason given for the need to buy a new $80 or so tire. After many words exchanged, they put the spare on and I took my tire down the road to Honda Motorwerks for a &17 repair. so disappointed. I had tires shipped here to then have put on my car. The day of my appointment we drove the hour to get to Goodyear, dropped off the car and they told me to come back in two hours. My ten year old and I walked around LaCrosse for two hours, and when we came back...nothing had been done. There were no apologies, but tried to send me out again for another two hours, as if this was normal practice. If they would have offered an apology or even a discount, I might have rescheduled, but instead, they lost my business...POOR customer service... read more
