I started to noticed that the cleanings were either not done or not up to standards and when I asked his staff why this was, they informed me that they were instructed to only use vinegar to clean the entire house regardless of the type of surface. Overall, we learned the hard way that he steals and lies to his customers. Please beware before using him.

Mark and Me and My Boys have taken care of our windows since they started their business 15 years…read moreago, and we were one of Mark's first customers. At that time, he and his adorable sons (who were young) came to the door with big smiles and a charming and professional demeanor and they honored the quote they provided me when we called to schedule our appointment. Mark and his sons spent two days cleaning our windows because the lead windows in our home took more time than they accounted for when they gave us a quote. Mark and his boys were only scheduled for one day; however, they came back the following day and Mark did not ask for more money for all of their hard work. We were so impressed with the job they did and how fair, honest and ethical they were, we gave Mark a $100.00 tip. At the time, we didn't feel it would be fair for a man and his two boys to have worked so hard and be "cheated" out of money because they were new and had undercharged for the superb job they did with our windows. Mark and four of his employees came to clean our windows today and as always, they did an excellent job; and I was shocked and thankful at how reasonable the prices remain after being in business for 15 years. Mark, and Me and My Boys are one of the few businesses we have ever used that we know we can trust in our home, with our children, and always know that they will do an excellent job - every time. We have watched Me and My Boys grow for the past 15 years, and we love seeing how their services and website have been updated and how the company has grown and enjoyed seeing their cute truck on highway 8. Mark and Me and My Boys have come a long way since he and his two little boys came to our house the first time and we really appreciate all of their hard work and professionalism. Me and My Boys Window Washing deserve a much higher rating than 5 STARS, as they are truly the Rolls-Royce of the Window Washing Industry.

I explained that this was a time sensitive operation because of the limited window to clean up after the old resident. On Friday, 10/13/23 at 10am, I texted Heather to confirm my booking. At 330pm, she replied that her car broke down 2 weeks ago and she'd let me know by 7pm if she could make it. That left me virtually no time to replace her, which to me is irresponsible, unprofessional, and unacceptable, and I told her that. This wasn't just a regular cleaning that would have been no big deal to cancel. I get that things happen and cars break down, but she knew about this issue 2 weeks in advance, and she should have let me know a week before that there was a good chance she might have to cancel. That would have given me plenty of time to replace her. I reached out to 10 places on Yelp to try to book that Sunday, but none were available. Heather got back to me at 430pm saying that her sister would take her, but I'd already lost faith in her. I finally found someone that was available on NextDoor, so I told Heather that her services were no longer needed. Her cleaning services were only average the 2 times she cleaned my place, so I'm going to give my monthly cleaning to the person I found on NextDoor from now on. Update: Removed one more star for the flood of argumentative and personally insulting texts I received from her after my initial post.
