I wanted to know which would be more helpful and was informed that giving platelets would be more helpful, however, it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. I had the time so I opted to donate platelets. Once I went to the donation chair everyone was super nice and accommodating making sure I had drinks and snacks to keep me comfortable. The process did take 2 hours but I left knowing I would want to donate again and would return to this location.

I love the E-Gym equipment, Zumba classes, and indoor pool. All the staff have been Wonderful! I do wish there were more water aerobics classes. The 8:30 class has around 40-50 people participating. It is a big crowded, it would be so nice to have another time slot! I heard that they are moving the class to 8 AM to appease a small group of lap swimmers.
