Other consignment stores in the area would do themselves a favor to be more like this store. However, almost every time I'm shopping there, I am surprised by how unprofessional the staff is. They gossip amongst themselves constantly, including very rude comments about customers, seconds after they've walked out the door. I have overheard conversations about who is hooking up with whom, and graphic observations about people's personal hygiene. I can't imagine allowing such a culture in my own business. It's very off-putting. Fortunately for the revolving closet, the shopping is so good that I will continue to patronize them despite their lack of professionalism.
