They doesn't push for sales and make you feel so welcomed when you walk in. Really such an enjoyable and comfortable expiernece , just don't sit on the furniture ! They are also keeping millions of pounds of items out of landfills every year. This is a very large Goodwill Store on Dixie Hwy. in Palmetto Bay in south Miami. What stood out to me about this store was the incredible level of organization it had. It looked like the Home Edit ladies got their hands on it. I didn't have high hopes when entering because the door was disgustingly dirty but once I stepped inside I was impressed. All of the clothes were grouped by color, shoes were perfectly lined up, everything was by size, type, and in it's place. Most Goodwill's are organized but this was next level. It made me want to go home and tidy up my own closet. I do enjoy exploring a Goodwill but now that I have discovered the pay by pound outlets I tend to prefer the thrill of the hunt there. Still if you are in the area, this is a good store to stop in if for no other reason than organization inspiration.

It…read morecertainly has improve greatly from my original review in the home goods and decorations departments... but the five stars is definitely earned due to its custom framing department. In the last few years I have paid for half a dozen custom framing jobs done for items in my home... and each and every one of them has come out beautifully... I have added examples in the pictures. The most recent one was a canvas wall painting of a bird I found online which I needed framed. Once again, it was beautifully framed and just made the work of art, pop. I have to give all the credit to one person in particular in this department by the name of Anna. She has amazing taste. I bring the items over to her and have a very vague/general idea of what I want. She makes it happen by giving me options, ideas and know how to make it work. I am thankful she works there because her good taste has helped beautify my home. In the most recent order of the bird, I made an order at the Michael's store and she wasn't there. When she came into work, she looked at the order and called me to tell me it wouldn't work. Seems I ordered a frame which wouldn't have held the canvas correctly. She said it wouldn't come out right. She asked me to go back to the store and helped me pick out a frame that could effective hold it and in a more beautiful design. If anyone at Micheals is reading these reviews... she deserves a huge raise! Great store and if you want custom framing... check this place out!

Total was $99, and the efficient cashier checked my point balance and asked if I'd like to use them - yes! Total paid was $91 for a large bag full of quality name brand clothing. This store in particular sticks out from the rest because of it's shelf space. Now there are a fee that have gone to that have great shelf space and because of that minor detail are one of my favorite locations. It literally just depends on the area that I am in. And for those of you that don't know the importance of "shelf space". The more shelf space the more stuff they can stock. If you are a frequent shopper of the Dollar Tree franchise, you would know first hand that they all don't carry the exact same items. Needless to say, I bout a bunch of junk that I probably didn't need at the moment but wanted and became useful down the line. Other than that, it is your typical Dollar Tree. A little more organized in a sense. The had rows and rows of items and unlike other locations had enough cashiers to keep the lines moving. Would definitely come again when I am in the area. This shopping plaza in general is great.
