For their regional "supercenter" and "E-commerce hub" this Goodwill is garbage. Looking for a $70 toaster oven? You'll be sure to find it here. Need a vintage (i.e. 20 year old) microwave oven for $60? They have it. Just remember "all says are final" so you assume all the risk when your "new" item does not work. I asked a worker about the price increases. I got the feeling they've been coached to say nothing has changed. But I've know this worker for years and asked for their honesty. They said "many customers speak with the manager, but management does not care. They (management) are raising the prices on everything and do not care if people complain. Management asked us to stop sending angry customers to them and to instead say they are not available". I'm glad I don't live near this store. I'll stop by every few months to see if things have gotten better but my last three trips saw me leaving without purchasing anything. read more

Super expensive for a goodwill. I'm a regular thrift shopper. I couldn't believe the prices. Sometimes even more expensive than retail.

the lady with the grey hair, was so incredibly rude to me and my boyfriend. we were in the dressing room, and when we came out she SHOUTED at us to give her the hangers, and when i did so she then angrily asked if i was keeping everything. i said no, and i put a hanger on the wrack. and she SNATCHED it up super fast, and shrilled at me that only clothes went there and then shook her head disappointedly. i don't know what i did to her, if you are her reading this. u are a b****. read more

This goodwill is very large and has a variety of clothing along with a nice selection of knick-knacks to top it off. The goodwill store is organized nicely, and has good quality clothing in store. The goodwill outlet has a lot of finds stored in large bins that aren't clean. After searching the bins for a while, I noticed my hand was wet and the bin had a disgusting odor. In times like this, where diseases are being spread you would think goodwill would do a better job at cleaning the bins to the best of their ability. I guess not. I wouldn't recommend coming here, and I don't plan on coming back here anytime soon. At least not to the outlet part of the facility. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a retail store. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

This is probably one of the worst Goodwills I have ever been to. the selection is subpar at best. The cashier needs a quality training session in customer service. she was the first thing I encountered coming into the store because she was in the front. She was also the last thing being the cashier. no greeting at the door? ok fine you're busy. I UNFORTUNATELY had to speak to her to ask a question. After excusing myself to interrupt her with whatever she was doing at the counter (not helping a customer) she answered "yes", never even looked up to even acknowledge me or anything. she answered no w/the grumpiest voice as if I was a bother to her. so sorry she was made to do her job :( I wasn't satisfied with her answer so I went to another associate. she told me her name was Joan (hopefully I'm spelling it correctly) She was very sweet & smiled. literally didn't do much but had GREAT customer service. & I bet it didn't even take much energy. not sure what the grumpy woman at the fronts name was but the encounter was November 7th at 3:58 Terrible. This place was awful .. I came into the store maybe a good 30mins before closing one of the janitors kept giving me reminders of what time the store closed.. which made me feel very uncomfortable because I knew what time they were closing and I couldn't shop the way I wanted too ... as I proceeded to checkout I asked the cashier about the return policy on electronics she said it's sold as is.. I asked her if I could test it out like plug it up she said NO ! I was shocked because in previous goodwills for electronics with no return policy I was able to test the item before purchase.. this place is very unprofessional also because one of the employees was yelling in the parking lot that they were closed to customers before even coming into the store I won't be coming back to this location. They are terrible to their employees. I had another employee attacking for me months making it a very hostile work environment. I had made my manager aware, I had let the head of HR at the time know, I had let others in HR know as well... all of them ignored the problem. The employee was making up false accusations of sexual harassment on other employee's behalf (who they told HR that had never happened in response to the allegations) as well as other things that were very extreme and not something that management should have allowed to continue. I was told if I wanted it to stop, I had to do something about it myself. Eventually, it got so bad I had to tell them myself to stop, and as soon as I did I was fired. She was fired too... but part of my dismissal letter even stated part of why I was fired was for constantly letting HR know about what was on, as if going through the proper channels was a negative thing. I would not suggest working here or supporting this company. The turnover rate is very high because management really just does not care about you... for a company that touts how good they are to their employees, and how how they aim to create and give more jobs to the unemployed, their actions really show otherwise. And recently, they have been trying to silence my speaking out about the terrible working conditions and how I was illegally fired for standing up for myself after they had me sharing a desk with my accuser who was attacking me daily for months when they neglected to deal with her. The ONLY difference between the two of us, was that I am a gay man and the other employee falsely accused me of sexually harassing other men... so her actions were not a violation to my supervisor or HR. This company is very discriminatory, they cut workers pay all of the time, and the turn-over rate is incredibly high. And while their employees, whom most already have difficulty due to disabilities, suffer from pay cuts the CEO's and employees make bank... just check out the salary of the current CEO. I was told by their attorney that I was required to turn in and delete the evidence that proves what they had done to me... like hell! They will not silence my free speech, and I will speak out about what they do to their employees. They do not have the right to deny that. read more

This review is more for Goodwill in general, not just this particular store. Goodwill is getting greedier and greedier. Their prices are now $4.49 for a simple blouse or top. You can often find brand new, unworn tops at Wal-Mart for $5.00 and even three dollars. I bought a brand new pair of capris recently at Wal-Mart for $1.00! Yard sales are cheaper, too. So Goodwill is hardly the bargain it used to be. They also now ask you at the register if you want to round up to the next dollar as a donation! Aren't all the items for sale already donated? This takes a lot of nerve! And today I found out that they no longer offer the 20% off coupons when you donate. They said it's because people donate a pencil and want a coupon. So what? Either tell them they need to make a larger donation or go ahead and give them 20% off the items which were given to you for free! You are still getting 80% of your asking price! The only reason I donated to Goodwill instead of one of the more convenient donation boxes located in just about every shopping center parking lot is because of the 20% off coupons.
