It's not a place to go to for casual thrifting, and honestly, you may get hurt because it's so competitive and people aren't afraid to literally shove you out of their way. Preloved, however, changes things up a bit. Various sellers setup their wares in small "booths" where they display their items for sale. Each one has a different style and range of sizes, making it easy to quickly spot what you're looking for and skip over ones you're not interested in. While I appreciate the idea, I think it leaves a little to be desired. I feel like the inventory is a lot less than I'd find in a traditional store. But it will rotate frequently as each seller comes to restock. I wouldn't mind coming in occasionally to see what I find. After all, that's part of the fun. But it might not be the first stop if I'm looking for a large selection of items to look through.

They were on time, lifted very heavy furniture while being careful, removing pictures and banisters so the furniture wouldn't damage anything. After they were finished they put things back in order. They were kind, hard working, communicative, repectful and careful. Afterwards they told us about their mission and journey to become responsible and accountable men. Their 2 year program of living on campus, vocational school, working to become successful productive and accountable adults. Each had a story of recovery and had tears in their eyes and worked as brotherhood together. It was inspiring and impressive. Thanks to Craigie, Carlos, Sean and Toppee for your great example. Staff were very friendly. I knocked off a star for 2 reasons: because the aisles were a bit tight and the carts huge. Trying to pass people without knocking something off was a bit nerve wracking. Also, some incredibly high prices on a few decor items I've seen at Hobby Lobby and other stores. I found some really adorable items, but even Amazon sells them cheaper.

They always seem to keep the place understaffed. Trying to find someone is tough and I don't think I've seen more than one yET at the register no matter how long the lines are. They are quick to apologize for the wait. The computers are often adding to the problem being slower than molasses to ring you up. The staff are always pleasant but the experience is consistently one that has me saying I wont go back and will try and find a different place to buy my home decor needs.
