I swear ever since Jessica the manager came in and cleaned up this store and got excellent merchandise I have been scoring on stuff. She is awesome! All the staff are wonderful and happy and helpful. I walked in to drop off a bag of clothes and both employees are standing there on their phones and don't even look at me or turn around. I asked where I can drop off donations and the employee said this isn't a donation center but I can just set the bag down. I walked into the store to scope out the inventory without anything specific in mind. In the end I picked up a brand new corset, ski pants, and a top. The store consists of a diverse clothing selection and staff. Rubin and Jessica both had kind spirits and high energies. I wouldn't have bought the corset if it wasn't for their impeccable vision. Bought a shirt for ONLY $2.50 and and jeans for 10 bucks. Would definitely come back again. The only down side is the you can bring 3 clothes and can be there for only 10 mins inside the fitting room ? Anyways still pretty good ! read more

If I could I would leave negative stars. I have shopped at this good will multiple times. This one visit is what made my experience the worst I have ever had. There's a woman who has braids and who always rushes me then makes me feel bad she gets easily frustrated at the purchases you try to make. There was this instance where she had to call her supervisor for help on the register because I wanted to take out an item as I was too short ( she complained about that too ) her and the supervisor I suppose were bantering across the store and being rude towards each other in front of me. It was very unprofessional and I really wish they were nice not just to each other but towards their customers as well. read more

I never know their names (i guess alyssa and ruben after looking at other reviews) but there was this younger girl (around my age or a few years older) who rung me up and we had a really good conversation. She was super nice and complimented on my tote bag that I painted and we talked about a vinyl record that I was buying. Also, I think around 4-5? they bring in a new rack from the back and every time on the announcement the person sounds so excited and happy, it honestly makes me laugh because the whole store is so quiet. It also kind of reminds me of some wwe/boxing announcement. Every time I come in, I often get something. Like I got this cute pink corduroy overrall dress (it had a tear but I just sewed it) and a green spring dress. There was also a pretty little thing bra that still had the tag! The list goes on but those are some highlights recently. Overrall, the workers are the best and they have some good things there too. read more

I am a disabled person deemed by the state of California as being Handicapped. I asked to use the mens room. The lady said that it was out of order. I explained to her that 2 weeks ago it was also out of order. She very disrespectfully, rudely and unprofessionally said "Yeah, and it's still out of order" I felt extremely humilated and asked to speak with her manager. The hispanic lady manager (No name) was more disrespectful than the initial lady. She refused to give me her name. I asked for the district manager's name and contact info. She wrote down a false number. She stated that she would not give me her name because she had not done anything wrong. I explained to her that I was disabled, and that her staff was very rude to me and unprofessional. She laughed at me and said I was harassing them. I have been going to that store for many years, and have spent thousands of dollars there. I am going to report the bathroom issue to the health department, and call their corporate office and file a complaint against Goodwill. I will never shop there again, and will pursue criminal charges due to negligence and defamation of character and other charges that may pertain to this issue. I just left this store feeling disrespected by the store manager named Korina, I wanted to buy this comforter but there was no price so I saw her at the back of the store tagging some clothes by the door and ask her if I can ask her a question, she didn't even looked at me so I asked again and she just flat out ignored me.I went to the cashier and asked for the price of the comforter and bought it, I also asked the cashier if she is deft. She told me she is the store manager. How can Goodwill have people like this? She is the worst person to be in her position. The cashier told me she has an attitude. I do 90% of my clothes shopping at thrift stores so I'm beginning to notice what makes a store good or bad. I determine which ones are my favorite by these standards: fitting rooms (yup this Goodwill has 'em and they're clean) cheap clothes (nope*) good media section (almost non-existent) *All the Goodwills I have wandered into have had fixed prices for clothes which is not a reasonable way to price merchandise in my opinion. Who wants a muumuu for $6.99?? And c'mon, when things are priced this way, doesn't it usually mean people will pick through the good and leave the junk? Not a fan of this method of pricing. But I'd be damned if I didn't mention that there are some real gems you can find here if you look outside the clothing section. Target donates a bunch of new items and there's a bunch of cheap stuff for home decor. Not too many people know about this store, so it's always nearly empty and easy to pick and choose the nicer, cheaper items to keep for yourself. Overall, decent and worth checking out. read more

This used to be my go-to Goodwill, since it is like 5 min away from my house! But I'm sorry to say that I've retired this one lol. The Goodwill prices are totally insane! $10 for a dress ? -__- No way. Just because thrifting is getting popular, they feel the need to raise prices. There are plenty of hole in the wall thrift stores that I enjoy much more. Also, there are many other goodwills that have 50% off certain items! I wish this location did that as well. If they ever do, I will start coming here more again! :P I do like to come here every so often because I like looking through the maxi skirts/ shirts which are around $4. I've found pretty good ones here in the past. They have an okay shoe and bag selection, nothing to get excited about. Every time I see cute shoes, they are size 10 or 11 =( I'm a 6.5! Haha. Plenty of $7.99 for dresses that were from Target (Merona, Mossimo, etc). Their prices could be cheaper, but they are a legitimate non-profit that benefit needy people and provide job development skills. It's always organized and color-coordinated. The sign in the dressing room says there's a camera watching you. Not sure if that's true or weird. read more

The only reason I am giving three stars is for the assistant manager krista....she saved the day.. She was polite and helpful after the first girl yeorm ignored me while talking to another male coworker.. I walked right up because I thought there was no line due to them chatting so close to closing. (the time now is 8:45) There was a line... Once she seen me she said very aggressively" go to the back of the line.." There were many people waiting to be checked out.. Krista was called to help... She got three sales finished by the time other other girl finished one..... I needed some boots to wear for a Halloween costume, normally I would buy new ones but I only plan on wearing them once so I figured I would see if this Goodwill had any good looking boots for my costume. This place was organized and well stocked, I didn't find the right boots but I found some cute name brand dresses. I believe they were 7 dollars each? I also got a few cute tops and some Toms..dig and you will find something here. Everything was great except my checker was really slow and held up the line. Small Goodwill store tucked into a small shopping strip. This store has lots of name brand clothes, books, and mirrors. The prices though are a bit high for second hand stores but i've come to see that most Goodwills seem to have high prices and if you do want a deal, you'd have to know when to go when they have half off days. I came on a Sunday and everything was regular price, maybe try during the week or on a Saturday? They also don't seem to have a jewelry counter, maybe I missed it but I didn't see one and they have very little toys. Service was very friendly. read more

I have shopped at so many different Goodwills, but this is the only Goodwill I've ever been to that never has any records except for the same scratched up worthless records that they've had for ages. I wonder if this Goodwill allows collectors to get the first look at their records, which in my opinion would be totally unfair to the rest of their customers. Goodwill, if you have the same records for month after month and nobody buys them then you should throw them in the trash because they are junk that nobody wants. Please throw out your worthless vinyl and add new ones to the crate. read more

Recently visited this spot, my autistic sister was walking inside the store, not sure if they just mopped the floors or not. My sister slipped and fell, they stared at her and said you ok? They didn't go help her or anything, they just looked at her. I understand it's one of her favor places to go. My first experience in a Goodwill store although I've donated many times. I came in to kill time while my friend was getting a facial next door. Clothing was cute with lots of accessory selections. I ended up with a cute bag. Service was super sweet. I was greeted with a welcome to Goodwill when I walked in which surprised me for some reason. I've been shopping at this Good Will Store for many years. I remember a long time ago when the store first began having a 50% discount on "color" tags. Each Sunday Morning the color would change. When I walked into the store, the first thing I looked for was the sign telling me what color was 50% off for the new week. Yesterday, as usual, I entered the store a few minutes past 10 AM and I saw the orange tags were advertised as 50% off. I began to shop and as in the past, they have not taken down last week's tags, therefore, all the items I put in my cart were NOT 50% off. Later, while I was in the back of the store, an employee was climbing on a small ladder replacing the orange tags with pink tags. My complaint, this should have been done before the store opened, not after people are already looking carefully for items that are discounted for the week. Years ago, when the doors opened at 10 AM, all the signs for the new color for the week were already in place. I'd like to see that return. With regard to Tammy, she is kind, pleasant, polite to the shoppers and offers to hold large items at the check-out counter so shoppers can look for more items. She also gets prices for items that the tag fell off. Tammy is the best! read more

I had a bag full of clothes I wanted to donate so, as always, I turned to Yelp to find the nearest place. I guess they used to accept donations here, but not anymore! I saw a sign on the front door stating that they don't, but just to be sure I walked in and asked. The lady told me, "All the Goodwill locations accept clothing donations EXCEPT THIS ONE." I absolutely LOVE this store so much. Everytime I go in I leave with ao many things . They always have the cutest stuff and I LOVE the electronic area ! So many useful things . The staff is awesome and friendly and even when the store is busy it's still organized. They used to separate the clothes by color but now they also do it by side and it's great for me because I have the worst ocd! Great job guys ! read more
