I'm from Hawaii and travel back and forth to Alabama because my husband is stationed at Ft Rucker. We definitely wear more beach vibe clothing, but I did score two pairs of jeans for $9. One was a citizens of humanity pair that I was planning to cut and shred into shorts but then I realized they had been professionally hemmed to fit me perfectly and I don't know if I have the heart to do it. There are far too many GIANT LOGO shirts that no one else wanted to buy - but looking between those items, there are a lot of stylish gems. I get a lot of my daughter's clothing here and occasionally find things for myself and my husband. They also have a varying stock of household items, shoes, tons of jewelry, and lots of purses. I'd give it 4 stars but it can be a bit unorganized and overwhelming, you have to sift through a lot of junk to get to the better items, and the employees often look downright miserable.

It was for a "project" and I didn't want to invest a lot of money in one. Being from out of town and while sitting in the car waiting on my wife as she shopped a couple of the local shops, I called a couple of the local thrift stores and inquired as to if they had any toaster ovens. The only one in Enterprise, AL, that had one was the Christian Mission Store, and the nice lady said they had several. So, on the way out of town we stopped by the store. They indeed probably had a half dozen or so of the ovens sitting on the shelf. I chose a digital one and it has worked out great for me!!! Digitals seem to hold a more precise and consistent temperature than analog ovens do. Anyhow, the people at the store (and on the phone!) were very courteous and helpful!!! They had lots of merchandise and the place was clean (unlike some other thrift stores that I've been in). If you're looking for a specific item and don't want to spend a lot for "new" give the Christian Mission Store in Enterprise a call, or better yet...drop by and browse the shelves!!! :)
