What I was disappointed with todays visit 7/25/23 was the Customer Service lady that was at the Cash register who was on her phone the whole time she was cashing out the people in line, me and my daughters being some of those customers. She did not greet or even make eye contact with us at all nor attempted to converse with us. Her telephone conversation seemed to be what was most important to her at the time, in our opinion not tending or conversing with your customers while they are in front of you is plain and simply rude and annoying. Employees should not be talking on their telephones while customers are in their presences and doing business. On the other hand, the Asian gentleman who works at this location was friendly and attentive.

Everything is also very fairly priced, plus they're are a nonprofit. The employee, Harriet, was absolutely amazing! She gave me a quick run down of the store and was just overall so cool. This will definitely be one of my go-to thrift store! It was the best shopping experience I have ever had!
